When I arrived, the store itself was empty, and the drive-through only had one or two cars at most, so I expected a quick stop. There were no employees visible at the front counter, so I placed my order — just two hard tacos — using the kiosk. From there, things went downhill.
Despite how quiet it was, I ended up waiting nearly **20 minutes** for a very simple order. During that time, there was little to no communication from the staff. They were in the back preparing food, but there was no sense of urgency or acknowledgment that customers were waiting.
When I finally asked about my order, the response felt dismissive. One employee seemed to have an attitude, and another appeared completely indifferent. As a customer, you don’t expect perfection, but you do hope to feel like your time matters — and that just wasn’t the case here.
I try to be understanding because I know food service can be tough, but this visit felt like a clear lack of care for the customer experience. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend this location.
Even with the drive-thru line wrapped around the building, they moved quickly, stayed friendly, and kept everything running smoothly. My food came out fresh, hot, and perfectly prepared, and they made sure my bag had everything I needed before I left. The attention to detail was incredible.
I also called the store to get the location number so I could leave this review, and despite how busy they clearly were, someone still answered the phone right away and helped me with the information I needed.
This is the kind of service that deserves recognition. Thank you to the entire team for going above and beyond. I’m already recommending this location to everyone I know.
Well, this time I got a refund for the messed up order you see from last week (June 2024… no I don’t know why I ordered delivery again). I specifically asked for NO RED CABBAGE… looks like extra was added. NONE OF IT WAS DELICIOUS. No wait, the drink was Went twice through drive thru and everything was right. Wondering if they’re messing up people’s delivery orders on purpose
