They just can’t get my order right. I like a combo of crunchy tacos and soft taco “supremes”. They either make them ALL supremes or ALL crunchy or ALL soft, regardless of what I’ve ordered and what my receipt says. I do not want the crunchy as a supreme, just the soft taco. And tonight I ordered a side of black beans and rice. They added nacho cheese. I didn’t add or want nacho cheese on my black beans and rice. And the rice was crunchy. They just give you what they want you to have!

My experience at this location was phenomenal. I ordered the soft taco combo and the soft taco supreme combo. Farahakn was the one who assisted me. She was very kind and professional. She went above and beyond to make sure my order was accurate and that my food was fresh, hot and delicious. Thank you Farahakn for making my trip delightful. You all will definitely get more of my business.

I love this Taco Bell! I come here almost every other week. Dalton is my FAVORITE worker, he’s always cleaning, making sure the customers are okay, and always trying to help. Service is sometimes a hit or miss. When Dalton is not there, I sometimes have to wait 20~25minutes before my food comes out. When he’s there, he gets things doneeee!
Also, whoever has the AUX knows what they are playingggg. Vibes are always good here.
Overall, would recommend (even if you’re on a date!). I love taco bell.

This place is literally my second home, the memories ive made here are truly the best. The food is yummy in my tummy and the vibes are immaculate. Especially with the goat Mrs. Peggy, she is the most amazing and welcoming person ive ever met. Love this place.

It was around 15-20 minutes before closing. I’ve never bought Taco Bell before, but since it was the only fast food open so late, I decided to try it out!
I pulled up and was immediately greeted rudely. I could tell there was no customer service or kindness in this boy’s voice.
I ordered my food, and requested a strawberry fanta. He snaps and says they have none. I replied asking what they did have and instead of telling me my options he responds with
“Use your eyes to look on the LEFT side, or the RIGHT side of the screen.”
I pause for a brief second because i am stunned and taken back from his response. I want to end this interaction quickly and settle for a coke. I then pull up, and he acts very sassy and witty. Not the same animosity attitude he had before, but an attitude as if he was BETTER than me. After receiving my food he then winks at me in a disrespectful manner. I also noticed he never gave me my receipt, or asked what size drink I had. I believe he gave me a medium or large. I now have no record of my pretense being there and I feel as if that was intentional. I feel harassed.
He was a skinny black man with dreads. This incident happened either on the 8th or 9th. I believe on the 8th. Furthermore, I will never take my business here if this is how they treat their customers.
After reading the reviews, I can see these are common occurrences that happen here. I recommend secret shoppers, shopping at night before closing to get a TRUE glimpse of who’s running this place.

We waited for more than 20 mins drive through lane to pick up my mobile order. Drive thru lane was not moving at all and so parked in to pick my order at the counter. After I checked in at the counter, they took another 20 mins to get order. Taco Bell’s are very very slow in general, But Never seen this long wait at any other fast food restaurant, will never come back to this location and try to avoid other Taco Bell locations as well unless they speed up things. I placed my order at 7:20 PM and got my food at 8:00PM, not at all acceptable.

At least give people food they can eat! We come here often and normally get decent food, but whoever was working on July 22, 2025 night shift from 10pm did a terrible job! PLEASE serve food that you would EAT! Picture of my really dry old chicken that I couldn’t even bite and the fries were terrible and cold too!

My man, Quinn, and I absolutely LOVE this Taco Bell. We live right down the road and it is super convenient. Everyone here is so nice. I wish I knew everyone’s names to give them shoutouts, but the team member that sticks out to me the most that I could NEVER forget is Peggy!! She is absolutely so amazing. It is so obvious she loves her job and is so passionate about working here. She is an absolute gem. She elevates the experience. She is such a delight to see every time. If she is having a bad day, you would never know. She is always bright and cheery. Love your food and your staff at this location.
Not worth rating you guys less because I absolutely adore you, however! My only qualm is that I love your burritos… but they rarely come back to me the way I order. I have dietary restrictions after undergoing chemotherapy. I often order a black bean and rice burrito with extra black beans but rarely get extra black beans. Not sure why, and I never say anything because I don’t want to be a bother… but it would be awesome to get them. It isn’t much of an upcharge but still, I would really like to get those extra! Again, not worth rating less because I love your establishment, but please help a girl out when I order them
Update 12/18/25: please staff your restaurant. It shouldnt take 30+ minutes to get through the drive thru. There were only 2 staff members hustling to complete orders. Take care of your people. That is so messed up. No one should have to carry an entire restaurant with one other person.
