I received an order tonight that was missing my chicken tenders! I also had a fry that was only half full! On top of that my food was room tamp at best. The delivery driver picked up the order and brought it directly to me so it should not have been at the temperature that it was!! This location fuse to serve the best quality but I do not know what has changed but it isn’t for the better! I’m not sure I will ever give this location another chance!! I will wait to see if the management contacts me like I requested since they never did the last time!!

This particular Taco Bell has always offered me exemplary service above all others. All of the employees are kind and considerate of their customers, though a particular employee named Santonio stands out for how he’s become familiar with my order and has taken care on multiple occasions to make sure I feel rewarded for my visit. This man has earned a raise, just as this store has earned itself a regular customer!

I must say I typically love Taco Bell and it’s always the spot or the “go to” but last night I received my order and when I got home almost everything I had ordered tasted as if the food was old or just not cooked.
All of the chicken in the burritos was rock hard and impossible to chew. I went to my next item and then same thing. This completely killed my appetite and I went to bed without eating dinner.

Everything in the order was ok except the new fries that Taco Bell is promoting. They’re $6 and for the amount of fries they give, it’s a rip off. Don’t waste your money on them. There was 9 fries and barely had toppings, this would be fine if it was 2.99 or something, but not $6. Stick with your usual order.

I come to this Taco Bell store because it is convenience for me, this store always is need it hep specially in the kitchen, food takes forever most of the time. I live near this location, I think they have already prepared the crunchy tacos before you ordered them, why I said this because, this picture said it all.

This was one of the worst experiences I had at this location. I ordered a #9 Mexican pizza that had BACON on it BACON???????and my kids kfc kids meals all the food was cold. I was in line for almost 30 mins it was just ridiculous. The manager said they don’t even have bacon in the store??? So where did they get bacon from? Just sad.

I’m not sure who was working tonight and i literally never leave reviews BUT THEY NEED A RAISE CAUSE MY FOOD WAS FIRE. They got every single modification correct. My food tasted like actual heaven. I wish i knew who was working so i can keep going back when they are there. Usually this place is pretty good, it’s my preferred taco bell and sometimes they do have mishaps but lately it’s been hitting every single time
