The auto-order voice originally started taking our order, then a real person took over. Here’s how it went…
My husband: can I get 2 soft shell tacos, regular, and one Dorito locos taco supreme — (server interrupts)
Server: wait. You said you want TWO soft shell and ONE Dorito?
Husband: yes. And can I get a large Baja blast with my combo, and a medium Baha blast — (server interrupts again)
Server: wait. You want a Baha blast, and ANOTHER Baha blast on its own?
Husband: yes. And can I get 2 large nacho cheese fries…
Server: did yiu say you want a medium, or a large nacho fry?
This man did this with our entire order. I’m not sure if he couldn’t hear, if he wasn’t paying attention, or if he wasn’t listening…
Order was right and food was hot. However… I found this tiny hair in my nacho cheese that went with my nacho cheese fries….

Oh my this place is horrible, walked in @ 10:43 am didn’t see anyone. Not a big deal at the time, nowadays most of the Taco Bell’s don’t have any visible employees since they have added kiosks-terrible idea in my opinion
This lacks customer service more. I order my food on the kiosk, 10mins later a girl
I assume who’s working the drive thru (she had on a headset) comes out the bathroom with her phone & phone charger in her hand looked at me but didn’t say anything went behind the counter yelling hey guys it’s people out here. Customer service shouldn’t lack because of new technology it should enhance it. I decided to leave, after seeing the reviews

Whatever happens never order with uber eats from this establishment they throw your order together and it’s not like your order suppose to be, everything I ordered was flat like it was not supposed to be, evening I ordered was mostly wrap LACKING THE INSIDE INGREDIENTS. If you do decide to get something from here make sure to visit in person cause what’s ordered to go out they lack INGREDIENTS, BE THERE CHECK YOUR ORDER AND WATCH THE BIG DIFFERENCE… THESE GUYS ARE THE WORST!!!

Been coming to this location since they opened. Never had any issues until around a month or 2 ago. Everytime I order now it’s either not made correctly or I’m missing items. Tonight I ordered the discovery luxe box which is supposed to contain a hard shell taco, cool ranch Dorito taco, Crunchwrap supreme, and chips n cheese. Instead, I was given 2 plain hard shell tacos and a crunch wrap without any beef in it. And they left out the chips n cheese. I was the only car in the drive thru so not sure how any mix up’s could have happened.

Drove up to the drive thru this evening and sat for a few, then was told they did not have any beef so they could not take orders. I wasn’t aware this effected their ability to serve the chicken. Three of us were blocked in the drive through for a few, (someone was behind me at the drive thru) not sure why. Drove over to TB on 138 and the food wasn’t good.

Ordered online in the app and went inside to pickup my food. We sat and waited at a dine in table and one of the employees checked in on us to see if we’d been helped. Our food was ready in 5 minutes! We ordered 2 deluxe cravings boxes with some of their fries. Our order was correct and made fresh! Very great experience at this Taco Bell! 5 stars ⭐️

I came to this Taco Bell and placed a decent sized order. They shoved all the food in one bag which it could barely hold for 1 and they forgot my food. They gave us an extra Doritos locos taco but not my meal. I got a grilled chicken quesadilla meal and I did not get my food. Everybody else’s food they got and our drinks but I did not receive mine. Since the bag was so packed I could properly go through it in the car so I didn’t realize until I was all the way home that my meal was missing. I’m upset because 1. I’m now without food 2.I drove all the way over there with my baby and I can’t drive back to get what they missed

The pictures literally speak for themselves . Of my 19 years coming to taco bell, i have never had this issue until today. I know the beans are fake but you could have at least tried to cook them. My quesadilla, thin as paper, burnt like charcoal… I will never spend another red cent here if this is what i am going to keep coming back to.
