I love this Taco bell! I come here almost every day for me and the kids, honestly most of the time to get us away from my husband but that’s a story for another time! There’s food is great! I have gone here multiple times. I ordered the chicken tacos a few times. One time I received the tacos on a to go order with no chicken…….no meat at all. I brought it back to discuss with the manager on shift. He was apologetic and offered to make my order right. In which they did, however. I have visited this restaurant multiple times, and I have had nothing but dissatisfaction. Today, 12/12/25 I stopped in to give one more last chance.
I ordered a chicken avocado ranch taco and a spicy potato taco. I was appalled at what I received as the chicken was simply laying on top of the taco instead of inside the taco. I brought this to the attention of the workers and they agreed it was UNSAT. I broke the chicken up to make it a taco, and I actually enjoyed my meal. Honestly, I might have got more chicken than usual. The worker “Shanon” saw what I had and offered a free dessert. I declined as, I want the service and the food to be better. I understand it is “fast food”, but attention to detail matters. You don’t just throw chicken on top of a taco and call it good. To be clear, it goes inside the taco, not on top.
Shanon restored my faith to give this location another try. Her offer of free dessert and the disgust of seeing what i had to eat was enough. She was very willing to make things right and I greatly appreciate that. We all have bad days, but Shanon was able to communicate my concerns and offered to make it right.
Honestly, her wanting to make things right, is the sole reason I will ever visit this location again.
We don’t go here often, but I have seen enough people complain while I wait for my food.

Very slow. Maybe try a different T Bell.
Listen, I know fast food is a thankless job, and during a rush I can understand and respect wait times being higher. But enduring an hour in the lobby to wait for food I paid for online, while others who came in way after me get theirs first, and being constantly told “we’re working on it” when asked where it is infuriating. It’s a $15 order. Completely unacceptable.

Went through the drive thru. Ordered 8 soft tacos. Got my bag and sticker on bag said 8 so I didn’t count(my fault). Got home found only 7. Only a couple of dollars, BUT…MY couple of dollars. Will keep my business at home from now on.

This is my Mexican pizza that I got when I opened my bag when I got home after working 12 hours. No sauce on top of my pizza . Pizza on bottom of bag with everything else on top of it. No sauce in the bag. So I basically have refried beans in between to shells.
This time I waited 30 minutes which I should have just cut my losses and left to go somewhere else. But, after waiting for that long you would think that I would have gotten a pretty great looking Mexican pizza. Well, that was not the case. Nothing good to say about this visit.

Very very slow. We had a mobile coupon that they would not apply or help with . Made drive first before any other orders. Poor door dash was standing there 25 min. Got our order of cold and poorly made food in 20 min.

Absolutely disgusting, food safety hazards everywhere. I heard the employees talking about the cold side of their makeline not working and they are still serving food out of it. Im glad I heard this and was able to leave before poisoning myself. The district manager needs to step in here and stop food service, until they’re able to keep their food at a proper temperature, before they hospitalize someone.

Was helped at the drive through by Sarah. She had an amazing, upbeat disposition and, when I told her she needed to train other employees on how to treat the public she stated, “I’m in training myself.” The whole experience was a pleasure and that young lady should be commended for her attitude and work ethic because dealing with the public and maintaining a cherry disposition isn’t easy.

Some of the most unprofessional, ignorant, careless, lackadaisical workers I have ever witnessed in my life! I waited almost 15 minutes inside for my mobile order and NOBODY said a word to me! They were working on getting the drive thru line out! So I got in my car and joined the drive thru line for my mobile order, and they told me I had to come back into the restaurant to get my mobile order, and I still had to wait even longer! The restaurant was trashy! Garbage and food on the floor, and the soda bar was completely filthy! Do not waste your time or money!
