Waited in lobby for 15 mins and not one person came to take our order. 5 employees looked at us several times. Not the first time for the unprofessional customer service at this location. Good thing is another food place would like my hard earned money in the area

Inflation really got this place. Used to feed me relatively cheap (I only weigh 145). 4 tacos. Supreme. 17.38$. Spend your money literally anywhere else. You are welcome. Staff was friendly.

Got a bean burrito (with more tortilla then filling), instead of the Beefy 5 layer I ordered, the sliders were just so small, there is no way that was $6 worth of sliders, three regular bites… at least they haven’t figured out how ruin the spicy potato soft taco… yet. Just be clean, consistent and accurate , then no one will give a crap that they had to wait 18 minutes in the drive thru starting only 5 cars back. But yeah that happened too.

Placed order at 6:33pm for a burrito a quesadilla, and nacho fries. Picked up at 6:57, workers laughing and talking. I’m down with those things as long as you are doing your job….should not ever spend 20+ minutes in a drive through. This is tacked on to them closing at 8pm a week ago.

I thought a Beef taco Supreme was tomatoes, beef, cheese, sour cream and lettuce.
Apparently not. I asked for no lettuce and that was the only correct thing with the taco.
All I got was meat and cheese. I thought this location may be better than North Augusta location.
Maybe a little better, but not by much !!
Your employees need to be retrained!!
My receipt was correct, but the order didn’t reflect what the receipt said.

I order taco bell atleast two to three times a week, Friday was the worst, literally put all my food in just plastic, no telling how many people touched it,I was told there was all new employees- are you kidding me- as a manager that should be the first thing, yet that’s what you said,$20 threw it away.. NEXT DAY MS KLOE DAY MANAGEMENT ABSOLUTELY WAS THE BEST MADE UP FOR EVERYTHING AND ITS WAS ACTUALLY RIGHT.. This was absolutely, bar none the worst food I’ve even been charged money for. It was a simple order, #1 and a #3, all supremes through the drive through, order 219. $20.91 later and this is what they call a taco supreme. All four were just like this! Just Say No to this location. Manager even hung up on me!!!!

I don’t usually do this, but I am sitting here eating cold food and I’m angry. Went thru the drive thru and made the mistake of not checking the bag before driving home (10+ minutes). Got home to find half of the order missing. It was other peoples food so I immediately got the receipt and went back. Went inside to be ignored for a minimum of 5 minutes. Someone who I believe was the manager called out to me saying order on the kiosk or she would be there shortly . 5 minutes later with no help, orders going out the drive thru and my receipt sitting on the counter she finally sends the window person to help me. I explain the issue and she promptly goes to the person who acknowledged me and tells them my problem. The lady finally comes to the counter where I explain that half of my order is missing (some items were never put on the order to even receive). She types my items in and says order will be out shortly. I reminded here that I hadn’t paid for two items and she says I know. I guess I’m supposed to know she was comping me 2 bean burritos. She goes back to helping with orders, 7 ORDERS went out the drive thru before mine even came up to be made. After another 15+ minutes of standing at the counter I finally got my order wish a short “here you are ma’am, sorry”. Was that for the original mistake, for my missing items taking so long to make, or for me going home to cold food because this process took 25 minutes. I have been working in customer service all my career and if she worked for me she would be fired. I will NEVER return to that Taco Bell again. Review would be all zeros if I could.
