There were several errors in the order BUT the staff did a great job in correcting it. Accidents happen, we all do it, but what I appreciated the most was the response from the staff, they corrected the order quickly & gave their apologies. You don’t get that much anymore when dealing with fast food restaurants & thats why I give them 5 stars. The food was on point too. It is annoying when you approach the counter of a fast food restaurant & the staff make you feel like your a problem & lack customer service skills. I didn’t get that this time. Now, I would have probably been more annoyed & inconvenienced if I had went through the drive-thru rather than dined in, but I feel I would have received the same treatment at the counter.

Food was not fresh at all. Lettuce was brown and tomatoes were slime. Only 3/4 of the order was given and that was after having to wait in parking lot for 10 minutes. They never give sauce, napkins or straws and have an attitude when asked for them. Advice just go somewhere else and let the place close. It’s terrible!!

I waited an hour for my food that I ordered via mobile app. They brought me a bag of food that was completely incorrect and then took 20 minutes to fix it. Never coming back.

DON’T EAT TACO BELL at Pageland Taco Bell!!!! We were Extremely Disappointed! I ordered at drive-thru a #9 Mexican Pizza with 2 soft tacos, Pepsi and Cinnamon Twists. Husband ordered 2 burritos supremes. Paid $22 and drove around to window. Recv’d one burrito & cheese quesadilla. Immediately drove back around to show order was very incorrect. Had to drive back around & park to wait for correct order. Mexican pizza turned sideways with cold refried clumped beans & everything poured out of Pizza box. I had to walk into Taco Bell to get Cinnamon Twists forgotten. The entire order tasted awful…food cold & shoveled together in a mess. So disgusted by quality, staff mistakes, and inability to just provide a simple order thru the drive thru. We won’t ever return to eat here again. Sad that this is what was provided to us that left such a bad taste in our mouth and disappointment with Taco Bell. How many people suffer like we did? Such a mistake! If this location goes bankrupt, I would totally understand why, for sure!

This Taco Bell is amazing. Orders are always correct, service is fast, employees are extremely friendly, and the food is on point. This location is what every Taco Bell should strive to be. The employees here are definitely the greatest asset they have as they do their job well and are extremely friendly to customers while doing it. I stop here every time I pass through.
