The single worst Taco Bell in their entire system. Food quality is absolute trash, and I state that knowing full well what I am buying. Employees are extremely rude, I said hello and thank you to the drive through person. It was something beyond looking me dead in the eye, blank faced, with no response or acknowledgment. There was real disdain toward me for daring to get food there and bother them. I ended up throwing the food away because I can’t trust it. Never, ever, again!

NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN & I’ve been eating Taco Bell 45 years now! Yesterday on 3-3-25 I went into Taco Bell in Tega Cay around noon. I was waiting in line and multiple people were behind me. After about 7 minutes the mother and son who walked in behind me from finally left after the lady in the drive thru put 5 different orders up on the counter knowing we were there waiting for someone to take our order. Each time she put food on the counter she completely ignored us. If a DM is reading this it was the over weight lady working the drive through at this time. The reason I went there in the first place was to get a Nacho Bell Grande which I didn’t see on the menu so I needed to ask how I could order it. Finally after about 10 minutes I took a stool from the high top table and took a seat in front of the register. Again, she wouldn’t acknowledge me. So after another 1 or 2 orders was brought to the front counter I ask her politely if anyone was working there. She spat back to me that I needed to use the kiosk. Then I replied that Id been sitting there for ten minutes along with people who left and why she didn’t tell me that to begin with. I also told her it was terrible customer service. For this she replied that I was rude and I told her I wasn’t being rude but she should’ve not kept me waiting. I told her ignoring me, again, was unacceptable in which she replied leave the store. Needless to say I’m not expecting Taco Bell to hire the best employees, but whoever runs this store needs to fire her immediately. There’s a reason this store has 2.? Stars and others are well above 3 stars. Considering the service, outcome and management of this store Google should update rating to include no stars. As much as I like Taco Bell I will never return here unless management makes changes. Worst Taco Bell in 45 years!

I wish I could select negative stars. I had the worst experience at this establishment and will never dine here again. My sister and I placed a mobile order and thought we’d be able to just simply pick it up and go. Hence the term ‘fast food’. What happened next was utter chaos and unprofessionalism at its finest. Once the mobile order was placed we proceeded to wait in the pickup line after 8 minutes or so once we got to the window we were then told to come inside in 5 or 10 minutes to pick it up ourselves or drive back around. No explanation or anything. So after the abrupt dismissal we were confused on why I chose drive thru service but had to be told to come get my food from the inside as if this was the service that I chose. After the 5 minutes or so passed my sister went inside and waited, and waited, and waited and guess what waited some more. Over 20minutes had passed still no food. No recognition, there was never a greeting once she walked in. The atmosphere was already hectic as very anxious customers were trying to patiently wait for the food but orders began to increase and frustration began to build. What we thought were mere patrons were actually workers who were supposed to be on the clock but were hanging around in the lobby loudly discussing the chaos the workers were experiencing all the while in front of customers who were already frustrated about waiting so long. One of the workers even had the gaul to go behind the counter and bring his food from the back. Finally someone asked us what our order was and when we asked for a refund the manager or shift leader stated they were unable to process the order but offered to remake the food. We advised the shift leader that would be fine and we understand since the atmosphere was so hectic as the workers or former worker(s) continued to heckle the staff in front of patrons. When we showed empathy with no respect, lack of training in customer service, lack of decorum, and moral compass. I never write reviews but I felt strongly compelled because no one should be treated with this level of disrespect.

One of the absolute worst experiences I’ve ever had at a fast food joint. We had a 5 minute wait after we ordered, only for the food to be cold when we got it, so I have no idea what they had us waiting for. The young man at the drive thru window seemed as though he was high as a kite and definitely did not care at all about our order and shut the window in our faces when we were trying to ask about something. I ordered extra nacho cheese and extra chipotle sauce on my Quesarito, and there was NO nacho cheese, NO chipotle sauce and NO sour cream; it was just rice and chicken. I paid EXTRA for the EXTRAS and instead those extras were REMOVED, on top of the burrito itself being tiny. The grilled cheese burrito that we ordered didn’t have the cheese grilled on the outside (you know, the ONE special thing about the burrito that separates it from the rest of the menu). Ordered 12 cinnabon delights and got only 10. So many things paid for and not received. An absolutely pathetic excuse for customer service and will certainly be telling anyone I meet in the area to not waste their money here. If you want a good, quick burrito, just go to Moe’s; you’ll spend the same amount and receive probably four times the amount of GOOD food.

At the drive through I ordered two crispy chicken tacos. The person at checkout put on 2 cantina chicken tacos. When I got it, it was something different(with grilled chicken). I went in to tell them that I didn’t get what I ordered. I waited for 5 minutes only for them to give me the same thing but in a crispy shell. Late one evening, around 11:00 p.m., I stopped at this Taco Bell while heading home from work. I placed my order through the drive-thru intercom, but I had to repeat myself four times. When I reached the window, I paid and waited a few minutes for my food. Upon receiving it, I realized it was incorrect. I attempted to get the staff’s attention to rectify the order, but they refused to assist me. The tall employee simply grinned, shook his head, and walked away, while the two girls working with him dismissed me entirely. This lack of accountability is concerning—especially when they later complain about pay and hours. Regardless of the job’s nature, one should always strive for excellence and take responsibility for their work. The customer service I experienced was subpar, and their communication skills were even worse. It was evident they had no regard for their roles, nor any respect for their supervisors or management. They seemed oblivious to the fact that their wages come from customer satisfaction, which hinges on delivering quality service. Clearly, management at this location is falling short, allowing their employees to behave in an unprofessional manner.

Heard yelling out of the drive thru speaker when we pulled up. Ordered food, 3 tacos and 2 bean burritos. As we sat at the pick up window, all we could hear was the employees yelling loudly inside. Took quite a bit longer than expected to get the food, since it wasn’t busy. The tacos were the lightest and thinnest tacos I have ever had. The pics are of 3 different tacos. Barely any meat. The bean burritos had rice in them, which was unexpected. We won’t be returning to this location, not a good experience.
