I only bought one soft taco and a drink. That taco was the hottest taco I’ve ever had at a taco bell. It was neatly folded and the right amount of ingredients. Best experience ever at a taco bell.

I usually grab Taco Bell a couple times a month as a cheat meal. This location on Pleasantburg, though, gave me one of the wildest, most frustrating experiences I’ve ever had at a fast food spot.

Five months ago, I came in during my lunch break and asked for a water cup. A young girl behind the counter filled it up in the back and handed it to me. I took a sip, sat down, and decided I wanted a Baja Blast, so I placed another order—nothing unusual about that.

A few seconds later, she comes out and tosses a large Baja Blast cup at me, saying, “Yeah, I knew you were gonna steal soda—that’s why I filled it up for you.”
I’m sitting there stunned. I hadn’t stolen anything, hadn’t even touched the soda machine, and now I’m getting accused in front of everybody for no reason?

I sat at the table trying to wrap my head around what just happened. Then I realized the person who ordered right after me already got their food. Then someone else who came in ten minutes after the incident got theirs, too. That’s when it hit me—am I seriously being punished for this nonsense?

So I finally go up to the counter and ask, “Hey, I’m Hunter, I placed my order a while ago—has it come out yet?” One of the other employees looked confused and called a manager over. The manager was apologetic, realized the order hadn’t even been made, and offered me a refund.

But here’s the kicker—when she asked about my order, that same young girl who accused me loudly said, “Oh yeah, that’s fine. He can wait.” Wouldn’t even come to the counter. Just stayed in the back mouthing off like it was all a joke.

Filed a complaint that night. Taco Bell said they’d get back to me. They never did. I haven’t been back since—until tonight.

I pulled up around 10 p.m. (they close at 1), and saw four employees out back smoking. They headed in and took my order. The food was actually solid—pics attached—but I couldn’t stop thinking: did one of them just go straight from a smoke break to prepping my food without washing their hands?

Two stars. One for the food, one for the manager who tried to do the right thing. The rest of the experience? A complete joke.
And that girl? If she’s still working there, I’d be shocked.

I eat here all the time. When the food is made properly, it’s usually very good. However, that’s the problem – especially on the weekends. You cannot trust that they will make the food right. Additionally, they can be quite rude at the drive-thru. When you order something, sometimes you get immediately interrupted asking what drink you want. Then they interrupt you again asking what’s next. When am I supposed to tell you I don’t want beans?

Ursula helped me through the drive thru with my order and was the best! She had great customer service and was so kind. 10 out of 10 would definitely come back for her customer service!

Was asked if I wanted extra meat on s for $50 cents. Got home and should of payed. Had a pencil worth of meat. Almost $15 for tacos and a drink. You guys need to tighten up. You will have a longer line in drive through.

I don’t get to visit this location often, due to where I live. The few times I have visited, the service has been amazing and it’s worth the extra 15 mins drive while I’m in Greenville. The food was so hot and tasty: my steak quesadilla (seasoned well). Jasmine Y offered great attitude and services. Thank her for me, again and thank you. Highly recommended.

Posted hours (both online and on the building) said they’re open until 1 am, but the drive-thru was closed at 12:30. At least Cookout was open for their listed hours, so the food excursion was still a success!

I’ll start by saying the food was really good compared to most Taco Bell’s. It was fresh and delicious.
However, I had ordered 1 chicken Chalupa supreme and 2 crunchy tacos.
When I received my order it was correct in the bag.
Unfortunately when arriving home I realized I was charged for 2 chicken chalupas not 1.
At this point I’m not driving back for $5
It’s just highly disappointing this happened.
I should have checked the receipt ahead of time before leaving.
I can say after this kind of experience I’m not going to want to to Taco Bell anytime soon.

Taco Bell always has their stuff together for the most part but this one seems to be a little ahead of the rest when it comes to getting your food out to you swiftly. Presentation is not their strong suit but it will do and other benefits make up for it

Are ALWAYS so rude here. For as much as they charge for a taco, you would think there would be more than 11¢ worth of ingredients. Rip off. I will never give them another penny of my money. Cold, rude, skimpy food, 0 pride and 0 future. Wendy’s is better
