I visited this Taco Bell on September 27. First, let me say that when we entered, there was a sign that said that you had to order off the kiosk. There was nobody at the front as everyone that seemed to work. There was busy with the drive-through. so we ordered a beef Chalupa supreme box with the which came with a burrito hardshell taco, the beef supreme Chalupa and chips. We also ordered a crunch wrap supreme. A while, later someone eventually came and put the order up on the counter and walked away. We did not get what were ordered. We got a chicken Chalupa, not the beef supreme that we ordered there was no beef hardly in the taco itself or in the burrito and the crunch wrap was just lettuce and tomato. It was unacceptable. The staff didn’t seem to care. I personally felt like they had ran out of beef and was trying to make this work because they had a line of cars wrapped around the building which made it bad for those of us that was inside trying to order from a kiosk. You can see that what we got is definitely not even what was advertised on the pictures outside. It was absolutely just an awful experience. I tried to report it to upper management no one seems to care or even bothered to contact me back.

My teammates and I stopped at Taco Bell on the way home and the service was TERRIBLE at this location. Two of my teammates didn’t receive their food and when we notified the employees their response was not respectful or polite. They asked us 3 times if we were sure we didn’t receive the food and claimed every time that we did and were lying to get extra food. Eventually, they gave us what we ordered and payed for but the process was aggravating. We were not trying to cause any commotion but were simply trying to make sure all of our teammates were fed. I would not recommend this location.

I tend to order on DoorDash a lot for Taco Bell here and I always put down 2 hot, 2 mild and 2 fire. I never get my sauce. Y’all never send silverware with my potato bowls. I like twenty dollars for 2 items.I should get everything I need.In that I ask for.

My boyfriend and I come to this Taco Bell regularly, and our last four experiences have been consistently disappointing. We work late, so we often arrive later in the evening—but still hours before closing. Customers should not be ushered out of the drive-thru by employees trying to beat a rush when the store is clearly still open.
On multiple occasions, we’ve been told that beef and chicken were completely out by 11:30 PM on a regular night. Tonight, we were told that only DoorDash and mobile orders were being accepted, so we placed a mobile order—only to receive the exact same order we would have placed in the drive-thru, just delayed by an additional ten minutes, which makes no sense and only complicates closing further.
I’ve worked in multiple fast-food restaurants, and I’ve never experienced or witnessed this level of poor work ethic. The behavior comes across as lazy and rude, and it’s clear that employees take little pride in their work. This is an ongoing issue, not a one-time inconvenience.

It’s been a while since I’ve entered the “Bell” Needless to say, things have changed. They have gone the way of self ordering kiosks, and that can be good or bad. In my particular visit, I would have to lean more towards the latter. I say bad because unfortunately their were some individuals that were, how shall technologically inept. This added a rather large of time to to my visit that I wasn’t prepared for.
It took roughly 20 minutes from the time I entered until the time time my order was ready. As far as the food quality goes, it seems to be the same as I remember if not slightly less satisfying. I was curious about the online ordering system and order 3 extra Tacos for pick up while I sat in the dining room. It only took 9 muntes for the order to be ready.
Overall, it was what I expected minus the extra wait time. Will I return to this location…undecided!

After my visit on 10/13 and providing store manager a week to discuss my issues with my shift supervisor interaction, and after submitting feedback online with no return call I will just post a review.
The temps of their food needs to be checked by DHEC, and the staff make every effort possible or to hide/conceal their names so there is ZERO accountability.
The neighboring stores also won’t help by putting me in touch with the district manager either. Only shows the problem starts at the top.

The inside is disgusting and very cold. The service is extremely slow. The employees are rude. If you are eating inside, don’t even bother trying to order at the register because they will just tell you to go to the kiosk. I usually love Taco Bell but this is one of the worst locations I have even been to.

I used to eat here all the time because it was one of the only places open after 11. Now they always have signs on the kiosks saying dining room is closed or outright lock the doors even though there’s a sign right there for delivery people to come inside to get their orders. I would have given it a pass if it was just once or twice, but I haven’t been able to use the dining room after 11 for over a month because they don’t want to deal with the dining room.
