Everything was great, to order and fast. We did a drive thru order on the app. They did happen to forget to put the cinnamon twists in our bag but all was hot and good. I will bring up the missing item during our next visit.

Will NEVER support this Taco Bell again after the service I got the other night. Delivery drivers use the front door late at night. We ring a doorbell and wait for them to ask for our order. I stopped by the other night when it was 28 degrees outside to ring the bell, waited 4 minutes no one came, rang it again a girl looked at me then went back to what she’s doing, and after EIGHT MINUTES of standing there they brought asked which order I had. Ridiculous customer service. I used to eat here regularly. There was also glass all over the parking lot so get ready for those flat tires ladies and gentlemen. Avoid this place at all costs.

Very shady people working here. Check your receipts because they will add items on your ticket that you didn’t ask for like side of jalapeños,sour cream, and more. Managers yelling and degrading staff. Employees working long shifts without a lunch or a break. And they are extremely pushy about adding meat, sour cream, and jalapeños on all items. Worst location to visit.

Go to this one often and the food is always hit or miss and especially the breakfast but went last night little after 6PM and they locked the doors because some teenage girls were in there….i get trying to protect teenagers especially right next to the high school but it’s 6PM and I have a hungry toddler. That’s ridiculous, there needs to be a cut off of 4PM. That gives them an hour after school to get food. After that, it is what it is.

This place SUCKS, I don’t know how many times I’ve ordered around 7-10pm just to get home for there to be no meat on my entire order. Additionally it always takes almost 15 minutes to get my food somehow while there are 10 workers, everything about this location is pure incompetence.

So, I’m a bit confused when asking for extra beef and instead receiving extra grease. I see some reviews on here now complaint about the night workers and it all is adding up. Pathetic. I know it’s fast food but y’all really don’t expect to get anywhere in life if you can’t put together a taco.
