When I tell you this trip to Taco Bell was PERFECT. Perfect service, perfect packaging & handling. Perfect presentation. Not a single mess on my wrapper. My taco were appropriately portioned. I was certainly not ripped off. I don’t make reviews but this was great and who ever is on staff at the river oaks Taco Bell on 2/22/26 at 5:54pm needs a raise fr. Perfect execution. 10/10

Ordered online so I didn’t have to wait. I order the cantina quesadilla, its suppose to come with an avocado sauce and I paid for extra…no sauce in sight. Person in the windows thinks I’m lying and wants to see the bag…no big deal. Didn’t even check the bag and then acted like I asked for their paycheck. Not great customer service…but whatever its late…then I get my actual food….no filling whatsoever and the guacamole looks like snot…

This place should be shut down by the food and drug administration .If you care about your life and health, I’d recommend staying far away from this restaurant. We spent $68 on DoorDash, paid extra for speedy delivery, and received something I can’t even begin to describe as edible. We ordered four items, and the Crunch Supreme was soggy, like it had been soaked in water, topped with lettuce that seemed to have been sitting out all day or even longer. When we opened the chicken taco, there was a black, burnt rock inside—so hard it was brittle. I was sick to my stomach that a restaurant would send food like this to a customer. I’m contacting the Food and Drug Administration. This place should be shut down. If you had seen it, you would have thrown up on the spot.
I called the store, and the manager made us jump through hoops to call DoorDash. This wasn’t a DoorDash problem—it was a restaurant problem. The food was disgusting, and all we wanted was for it to be remade fresh and sent back out. I can see how it might seem like a DoorDash issue, but they did nothing wrong. Taco Bell is only five minutes away, and from the time we ordered to when the food arrived, it was only nine minutes. There’s no way they made our food fresh in that time; it had clearly been sitting out all day. I got sick after taking one bite and realizing there was a rock in my chicken taco. I’m so upset that my face is red. I’ll make sure every resident in this town hears about this experience. We own several businesses here and know many people across all communities. This was a bad move on Taco Bell’s part for not making it right, especially when we paid $68.00 for something that shouldn’t have even cost $15.00, and they still couldn’t fix it. Maybe their reputation is more important—at least until I’m done. I can’t even explain how extremely upsetting this is. If I had eaten that, I probably would’ve ended up in the hospital. Are the employees doing this on purpose? There’s no way a human being would allow this to leave the store. I’ll be contacting the Better Business Bureau, the Food and Drug Administration, and anyone else who should know to protect public health. Please avoid this restaurant if you don’t want food poisoning. They need to re-evaluate their management, and for a manager to let nasty, day-old food leave their doors is reason enough to shut this place down. If I could leave a 20-star negative review, I would.

I had an amazing experience at this Taco Bell all because of Jayden!! He brought me hot sauces to my car because I forgot to order them. He makes me have hope in the customer service industry for America. Thank you Jayden for not only changing my life but also changing the world ❤️❤️

Food acrossed ALL taco bells has gotten outrageously expensive and to make it worse it gets cheaper and cheaper in terms of quality/content.

I have been to this location a few times. I have used the drive-through once, and have ordered inside using the kiosks three times. Using the drive-through was an interesting experience so I opt for ordering inside now. Ordering inside is a nice experience. The workers are super helpful and friendly. I typically get a quesadilla and the cheesy fiesta potatoes. I have not had any issues with incorrect orders so far, so I am pleased. Taco Bell is pretty affordable for what it is, compared to similar restaurants like Chiptole. This is a new location, so many of the employees are new, that being said: try to be charitable in your thinking when it comes to mistakes. All in all, a good location and a nice addition to International Drive.

The food is fine. The service is terrible. If you order more than 1 item on the menu, they tell you to park so that the drive thru is clear. When they do this be prepared to wait 20-30 minutes for your food. Every time I’ve been to this taco bell, I’ve had to wait at 20 minutes to get my food. Often times they forget something and I have to go back to get the item.
This taco bell is a disappointment. The people are friendly, but their service sucks and Taco Bell isn’t worth waiting 30 minutes for.

The only thing I did not like was the taco. Shells, I usually get 2 heart shell tacos with no lettuce, extra cheese and the shells were going bad taste the rancies.

Have ordered takeout multiple times from this taco bell over the last couple months and every single time they get the order completely wrong. Once i ordered 5 different items and only quesadillas were delivered. Today i ordered 6 different items and every single one had the wrong protein choice. Never dine here.

Absolutely do not eat here. The woman at the drive through was very knowledgeable and friendly. When I got home to eat, which was only just down the road, I was beyond disappointed. All the items were less than stellar. The crunch wrap had barely any meat and was missing a shell, the taco had fallen apart and was soggy like it had been made much earlier than my order and the 5 layer burrito was lacking meat and so disgusting we through it away. The best part about that meal is that it ended. We were left hungry and disappointed.
This is the 2nd time I’ve tries this location and both times it’s fallen flat.
