Unfortunately with four people working it took 15 minutes to get two cups of tea. No customers in the store, we ordered and paid on the kiosk and not one person walked to the counter to deliver two cups for 15 minutes. When I finally made eye contact with one of the four back in the ready line a fella came up and got our tea for us. He was polite, but no one was watching the front.

I was the only person in the store and it took one of the 5 employees 5 minutes to come take my order. She didn’t say anything just stood there and waited for me to speak. The store was a mess with food laying everywhere, no napkins, garbage cans were “out of order ” whatever that means. Another customer walked out she waited so long and no one came to take her order. All of the employees were either in the back on there phone or sitting at a table on there phone. Took 20 minutes to order and have are food made only for it to be cold and taste like it’s been sitting out all day. I’ve attached pictures and will never eat here again. 5 employees being paid to stand around and do nothing.

This location is not worth stopping at. My husband’s potato griller was terribly burnt on both sides, and my 7-layer burrito with no lettuce and no guacamole was incorrect. It had lettuce all throughout, so my husband took it back in to be remade. Instead of apologizing for it not being made the way I asked and going ahead and remaking it, they made the food for the family who came in after my husband handed back the burrito, as well as two drive-thru orders before even starting to remake mine. It was still wrong the second time (didn’t have sour cream in it), and they used the same paper wrap which was then covered in ingredients. At that point I was too frustrated to take it back in and complain again, but I will not be stopping here again.

Ordered supremes with sour cream and did not get sour cream… so it’s not really a supreme but that’s what I paid for.. cldnt return bc Instead of make it over they called the police and when the police got there they ask for a receipt when they never gave me one after spending 43$ dollars when I called about my order being messed up they said it nothing they can do unless I bring it back and that’s what I did and still did not get what I paid for or my money back

Been standing at the register for over 15 mins. Not one person has acknowledged me. All seem to be minding their business in the back and don’t care to notice the lobby full of customers they have standing around. I would have walked out already if I had not already paid for my order online. Poorly managed operation.
