Whoever came up with the idea to have a check in (kiosk) needs to be fired.
5 people standing around behind the counter doing nothing but pointing at the kiosk..
Taco bell and every other business thats decided to skip costs and hiring employees by having the customer responsible for placing their orders can and reap what they’ve sown. We, the people paying,are the customer; its not my job to fulfill my order. I pay for the convenience, otherwise I’d eat at home.
So.. I won’t spend another dime at any businesses that decide this is a great idea., they can shove it.

manger was rude i believe her name was shaterra , i dine in and asked her if she could get someone to clean the table cause it was very dirty but she couldn’t hear me with the airpods she had in talking to someone, food was sloppy more sauce then steak n chicken

Every time I go to this location they mess up my food. They need a surprise visit if you know what I mean. They more concerned with having and attitude when you tell them the messed up / giving out inedible food. Make sure you ask them to put on new gloves too.

Zero stars. Horribly slow. The workers ignore you and take forever to make your food. Customer service is absolutely pathetic. You are wasting your time to come here

So. It gets two stars, because, I still like taco bell. But. Gotta say. Cheraw taco bell is doing things wrong. The chalupa shells were stale, they frequently skimp on ingredients, compared to other locations. Something is going on with the chips, many of mine were so hard that you couldn’t really chew them. And they basically gave me a half order of chips and cheese. I went in to ask if that was the standard, and the answer I got was. ” I mean, they’re a dollar”.. to which I said, so us this the standard. And she said “it comes like that. “
Soo? Half the order?
She did offer to give me more. But I was irritated because I KNOW that’s NOT the standard, and they are skimping for some reason.

Made my order and stood there for almost 20 minutes waiting to pay never got taken care of by far the worse taco bell I’ve ever been too! The cashier’s never tried to help nor did the manager!

This location is a lot better than some other locations I’ve visited. The food is usually good and the order is usually correct. The staff are polite and the wait time is short. The restaurant was very clean the last time I was there also.

Food was okay. Service expected from Taco Bell. Wasn’t pleased with deluxe cravings box. Look like someone threw it at the wall in the box lol. Chips tasted like the grease hasn’t been changed in a while. The quesadilla was good and so was the new cherry freeze.

Service was terrible! Whoever worked lunch on 8/15/24 needs more training and a sense of urgency. They look like zombies walking around. Lady with the colored hair was on the phone and no one was making my food. 20 mins at taco hell is way to long to wait. Pretty sure today was my last visit to taco bell.

They have a real good breakfast burrito, but it’s not available until 9:00 a.m.
How silly is it to offer breakfast that you can’t buy until 9:00 a.m.
It’s 7:20am and my stomach can’t wait.
I’m heading to a different restaurant.
