Ordered large order online for drive thru pick up. Got home and was missing 3 burritos, soft tacos were all wet, and the nacho bell grande was loaded with so much topping that the chips were soggy and inedible. Go back the next day to get my burritos. No apology from the manager, just processed like it was normal. Such is the customer service in SC.

I ordered 2 chili cheese burritos with extra cheese. Luckily the extra cheese was placed in the side and when I went to place on the burrito I saw mold and lots of it. The cheese was moldy and food is always sloppily made. There is no way they are using that cheese and don’t see the mold. This will make people very sick. This is one of the worst Taco Bell’s I have ever been to.

Anyways, I’ve come here a few times for breakfast and the staff are always super friendly to me! Older lady who works drive-through at night is so so rude, I work DoorDash and I get Taco Bell often at this location just because I live close, I go at night. She is there and she is so rude and acts like she would rather die than be there. Sometimes it’s a simple as “hello how are you” instead of “What are you here for?” It’s the same thing over and over and it’s genuinely so annoying considering she works at Taco Bell. She doesn’t even make food she takes orders. I’ve been working in food and Bev for almost a decade, and I promise putting a smile on your face isn’t hard. Get a grip, you work at Taco Bell.

VERY old ( 55-65) black female is extremely disrespectful, my mother placed an order for me to pick up after school, and they claimed I had already picked it up and called me stupid over the speaker acting like I was trying to get over a free drink? Then with a very rude attitude they told me to come inside if I want it fixed, I come inside and they admit that it was a random women who picked it up cause they left it on the shelve. To whoever you may be, keep in mind you got that mad over a 1$ drink while working minimum wage. Maybe I’d understand having an attitude if yall were very busy, but I was the ONLY person in the parking lot and the employees in the back were on their phone no orders. EDIT: seen other reviews talking about a rude lady with an attitude, if you dont like your job, just quit.

Came in after a really busy day. When I got my order the cheesy Gordita wasn’t wrapped well and when I took it out of the bag it fell onto the table. I went to the employee and told them what happened. He instantly remade my order and it was wrapped the second. It was nice to be able to just go up to the employee and tel him what happened. He was very polite.

Not sure what is going on. Service has started going down hill. My food is rarely made right. (I do not order anything special) and today my hashbrown looked and tasted like they used previous days and dropped in dirty old grease to reheat it and burnt it. Might have chipped a tooth!

The lady working tonight 9/11 was rude. She practically threw my order at me when I got some more sauce packets and had an attitude they forgot the drink. Never had a problem at this location until tonight maybe she’s having a bad day? Maybe she’s got an attitude problem. Who knows? I won’t be back to find out
