Taco Bell has gotten worse! The food sucks & the service matches!! This is a picture of a hard taco. WHY is the WHOLE bottom off the taco??? I had to eat it like a sandwich. This is not the only time. This is EVERY time. One taco with Pico is $2.50. I normally get 2 but would prefer to eat them like tacos, not sandwiches with everything falling out!!

Stopped by Taco Bell for a quick bite and honestly had a great experience. The place was surprisingly clean — floors, tables, drink station, everything looked well taken care of. My order came out fast, and everything was hot, fresh, and exactly how I asked for it.
The staff kept things moving and were friendly without overdoing it. It felt like one of those rare fast‑food stops where everything just goes right. No issues, no mix‑ups, no waiting around.
Overall, a solid, smooth visit. I’d definitely swing back through when I need something quick and easy.

Under new management. The new manager is amazing and friendly and cool— high energy! Food came out fast and warm. And he noticed I was taking forever to decide and made sure when I was ready to order that I was seen promptly while giving me space to try and get the app to work on my phone— my phone sucks this place don’t.

How am I supposed to know what id like to order on the drive thru if you have someone come to my window with no menu going WHAT YOU WANT, 50 feet from the large menu? Whats the point of having the menu next to the order box? How am I supposed to know what’s new this week? You’re trying to be chil fil a but you aren’t prepared or have the proper system for it. I’ve left the line many times bc of this ordering system. Today was the last time. I will not be back.

EEEYUCK! If you want food poisoning eat here! I ordered a classic chicken quesadilla that turned out to be made with old sour chicken. I let the manager know, she remade it and had an employee come out to deliver it to me. She said, “Here! This is a fresh as it can get”. To my discovery she made another “fresh” quesadilla with the same sour chicken. I don’t even care to get my money back at this point.

Very disappointed that the cost of our order was $14 and the food was less than normal. I love the cheesy Gordita crunch and there was hardly any meat or cheese. It had no lettuce or cheese on the inside. We also asked for no spicy ranch and they both had it on them. Our hardshell tacos cost less but had more on them.

Really like this Taco Bell, the food is always exactly as ordered and the staff are really nice as well. The interior is clean and modern and the drive thru is fine as well, no issues hearing the staff and the menu is easily visible with no lighting issues.

You steal peoples money.
I put my order in as mobile pick up and because you don’t monitor the front it was stolen. When we came in (and we had just ordered the food 15 minutes prior) you lied and said you called out names and none came to get it (It was a mobile order) then you apologized not to me but your worker for having to remake it and the manager looked at me and yelled at me “Someone already took it.” The employees argued amongst each other about having to remake it. After sitting 20 minutes waiting on it to be remade I got up and left as they had forgotten. None said “I’m sorry for the inconvenience let me remake it for you.” I requested a refund but was never given it. You owe me 15.00 and learn to watch the front of your store or, keep the orders where thieves can’t get it. I refuse to pay someone’s pay for an hour and not get my food. You lack customer service or just simple respect of people. What you are doing is not rocket science. You just have to go through with the order and treat people with respect.
