02.01.2026 (time 15:00-15:40) – at first I came and waited for the employees to open the doors, why do they even close them during working hours is another question… the main prize of the day was – to wait for the cashier for 40 minutes, to just leave with nothing. Thank you all for your attention, goodbye…

Ive gone to this taco bell and ordered the same thing almost every time, but have never received the same thing twice. Its either something small like forgetting a sauce or side to forgetting/receiving the wrong entree entirely. Customer service is bad and its always somehow your fault

Food was kinda good but the taco was paper thin. A friend got a burrito and I finally see where all the fillings go to. The drink I got was good though. We were also missing a taco so for the price I’m paying I don’t want to be missing one. Overall, this is somewhere you would go for a snack and not a meal.

I went to this taco bell with my friends last night. I don’t want to blame this on the franchisee of the restaurant itself but more on the cooks that made my food with some serious ill intent. My friends ordered usual food like the ten dollar box with the grilled cheese burrito. Me on the other hand did something a bit different by ordering three bean and rice burritos containing rice, beans, jalapeno sauce, tomatoes, lettuce, and onions. When I got my food it was not in the correct paper wrappers. Two of them were good containing the ingredients they were supposed to but too my surprise one contained a large amount of beef and cheese . It was quite obvious the employees wanted to play a prank on me by giving me a beef burrito probably because they think I am vegetarian. It was not that funny so I proceeded to take the beef and cheese burrito that they had happily provided me against my interest back to them. The one employee that came up to me was asking what was wrong. I stated “You gave me the wrong burrito there is beef in this one”. She proceeded to ask me what was wrong like I ordered the beef burrito. I told her I wanted another one with the correct ingredients in it. She then proceeded to ask me what I want in the burrito. I got angry and told her it literally states what should be in the burrito on the screen and it was obviously not supposed to have beef and cheese. When she was talking I could not even understand what she was saying. Anyway they made me another one but it did not even have the correct ingredients because it was missing the jalapeno sauce. I enjoyed the third burrito as my friends and I were leaving. The employee that most likely played this super hilarious prank on me was a tall and skinny young woman. So to the franchisee you should keep up with these reviews before your taco bell turns into the one on crosstown which is abdominal and who’s employees can’t to anything right. Just keep an eye on your employees because apparently they don’t want to increase shareholder value. LMAO. Who ever made my beef and cheese burrito should be fired. This taco bell was the best place to go at night until this one prankster showed up.

This Taco Bell is really awful, I placed an online order, just for the drive thru and inside to say it’s closed today, but didn’t turn off online ordering, they will just steal your money and not refund it. Even with staff here they are always messing up and taking forever.

The employees have the personality of a rock. They served us burnt food with no remorse. I would give zero stars if that was an option. Absolutely no intention of making things right with the customer. Not sure what I was expecting, it’s Taco Bell after all.

This particular taco bell appears to never have any form of management whatsoever. I’ve waited over an hour for my food, and when it does finally arrive, it’s wrong.

lol the guy got on the drive through speaker to tell me that the drive through was down and I could only order on the mobile app. He could have just taken my order. So dumb. It’s no wonder places like this go out of business. Hope it does and we can replace it with something useful

This was the worst food quality Taco Bell that we have been to. Very skimpy on ingredients. The Beefy 5 layer burrito was more like 1 layer. The Crunch Wrap Supreme had nothing barely in it. And it tasted like old grease. Pick another Taco Bell- this one is skimping on ingredients. The only plus at this place was Rose as our cashier.
