I would have gave no stars if it would have let me. The taco bell in Inman SC has old food and the worst customer service ever. They need to close that place or fire everyone and hire people who care about the food and service. The owner must not care either or something would be done about it. This store has been bad for 10 years or more.

Was very disappointed. Ordered 6 tacos and 3 burritos, totaling 20$. Was told after I ordered that they had no steak for my taco, so I got chicken instead. Waited about 20 minutes for it, while watching people stand around talking. We got home 3 minutes later and our food was wet, soggy and sloppy. There was no sour cream on my burritos (which I had paid an extra 1.50 for). It wasn’t even good to eat. We eat at Taco Bell a good bit but with just moving to this area we went to this location. Very disappointed. Probably won’t be back.

Food was great. Place was clean. Service was ok. Walked in and the guy and girl were flirting back and forth behind the counter and just wouldn’t acknowledge me for about 4 minutes. It wasn’t until my fiance walked up and asked what we were waiting for and I said loudly, “well I didn’t want to be rude and interrupt” did the guy turn to me and hand me my food sitting in the window there.

Every time I come to this location, I never get ice in my drink. And if I do, it’s 5 or less pieces of ice. If my food is wrong/missing, employees argue. I just came back due to a missing item and the worker accused me of lying because she claims she made it. I had to beg to get my item I payed 6 dollars for, which is a robbery because it was bite sized and had little to no toppings on the inside. All of the food is put together half-assed, and so are their attitudes.

This use to be my favorite Taco Bell but lately everytime I order it’s wrong or the workers are just lazy and don’t put the correct ingredients in things. Today so far I’ve opened one thing the chips and the bag and cheese isn’t even half full. Crazy after you spend $3 for this. Have some pride in what you put out. Def in need of a new manager.

Cashier didn’t greet me. Just looked at me after walking up. Syrup was out in drink machine. I waited to ask if they’d mind if I got drink from the drive thru. The taco maker comes up with the bag of food and the cashier is also there. I ask and they both speak at the same time. I say “I’m sorry?” And she says “which one??” The taco maker seems irritated that I’m even asking. I tell her and the cashier gets it. She fills the cup up with Pepsi no ice. And that one is flat as well. Tacos were sloppy, letters old and slimy.

Went through the Drive through and ordered. When I was waiting for the food I noticed that it said chips and guacamole on the receipt. It should have been a Mexican pizza. I told the lady at the window I didn’t order that and it should be a Mexican pizza. She refunded the money for the chips and guacamole but never mentioned the pizza. I asked her if I could still get my pizza and she was not happy about that. To say that she was rude is an understatement. So I pay the 7$ for the pizza, get it and go home. I just took a bite of this and almost puked. It tastes like it has cleaning product on it. I literally think someone did something to it. This is absolutely terrible. If I get sick I know why.

I usually order from the one in Columbus, NC because it’s my by job and it’s delicious. I ordered the chicken cantina crispy tacos from here and I got chunks of gross chicken with cheese and no sauce. This is the worst Taco bell. Never fails to disappoint.
