I ordered beef chalupas no lettuce and some cheesy dip burrito. I placed my order I then asked can I pull around to the front the lady responds and says if that’s all you want yes okay. I pull up to the window I hand her my card she hands me the bag, then hands me back my card and proceeds to close the window. I had to say excuse me two times as she turned around and started feeling drinks for the next order I asked for my sausage she gave me a few told me to have a good night. I get home and to my surprise my chalupas are hard as a brick to the point that I had to peel the top part of the chalupa to even taste it. money wasted

Had a online order with add o s and multiple items were missing from the order and the drink was just carbonated water. Even if you out of some stuff realize that we payfor this so compensate smh the woman in the drive thru had an attitude and was rude.

genuinely one of the most confusing pieces of events in my life timeline. the management of the taco bell on east main street, duncan, sc. i have been in this area since 2018. its 2026 just in case someone needs a reminder. ever since then, maybe two or three times have i actually been able to eat from this taco bell without my taco shell disintegrating in my hand. the bottom is always sopping wet and it peels of on the bottom of the wrapper when i pick it up, like a bandaid coming off my skin. nacho fries are good whenever they’re actually on the menu. i just genuinely dont understand but hopefully by at least the end of time this taco bell will serve something normal. also not to mention one time me and my friend got our order and randomly gave us a soft taco. usually getting something free would be seen as a gift or a blessing. this was a tragedy and a curse. it had this orange liquid and it was drenched through the tortilla and the actual wrapper itself. the only thing i have to say is enter at your own risk.

We placed an order on the app. Went into the store to wait. They gave us our drinks right away. After 30 mins of waiting more than 20 customers were taken. We would just see ppl order on the kiosk inside and then get their order within minutes. Our frozen drink was melted by this time. We went to the cashier twice to ask about our food and was told they are busy and it’s being made each time. Cashier didn’t want to look at us. Would ignore us as we asked politely for assistance. My husband stood at the counter and just watched. He saw our bag just sitting at their work station. It was there for at least 15 mins before they added the rest of the items. We asked to re make the frozen drink and was responded with an eye roll. Total time in store waiting was at least 45 mins. I’ll be calling corporate. If any mangers care to look into this— order number 981744.

Food was canceled 2 times from Doordash.Drivers stated it took to long of a wait so they left. 3rd driver got the order finally and we received over spiced durritos. We felt this was done on purpose! Spent over $30 on our order. THEY NEED TO DO BETTER !

Was given my drink to be asked directly after if I was waiting for something…how about the $20 worth of food I just ordered? Only to get home and find out it wasn’t even slightly what I ordered. Had to go back out no discount or anything just refund or remake. Only to as well see the same girl from the front window just playing on her phone not paying any attention. Managers on duty were just teenagers and very unprofessional. Walked away without even giving me the name of the owner of the store since they are “a franchise” and “do not have a corporate number”. Both the girl at the wonder and the manager remained on the phone while I was there and as I was leaving. If I could give a zero star I would!

First off the person working the window today was a delight now to these nachos I get this order all the time and know for a fact this is not what its supposed to be we get back to the window to ask if this is all the chips that comes with this order and the girl from the back snaps YES like she mad when we are the ones not getting what we paid for. My Son and I stopped here to get food after we dropped my daughter off at the airport. We waited for service, but for a while we just stood there. A young man finally comes up from making food and touches the register with the same gloves he proceeds to use to make food. At least he helped us, but I couldn’t imagine eating in a place that doesn’t care about sanitation. There were about 4 worker’s talking in the back who totally ignored the customers up front. Needless to say we opted out. We left and went across the street to Zaxby’s where we had a wonderful meal. Maybe you should retrain on customer service and sanitation.

Absolutely horrific. I’ve never in my life had a taco bell be this bad at making food. And I eat at taco bell at least twice a week. Got the the worse crunchwrap I’ve ever had . Almost empty and hardly any scraps of meat. Barely any cheese or anything in it. The spicy potato soft tacos had hardly a dot of Chipotle sauce on them as seen in the pictures. They were slapped together quite carelessly. I really hope taco bell sees this review and fixes it because this is terrible and I love taco bell.
Update: gave the place another try and got a cheesy Gordita crunch that was half empty(see picture) came back around and very politely asked for a new one and instead the guy who made it comes and gives me a container with more lettuce and cheese. I asked him about the beef and he told me that he made it himself and he put a “whole scoop” of it. I’m amazed that he can take such pride in such a bad gordita. There was nowhere near the advertised beef and hardly any sauce, it was the driest gordita crunch I’ve ever had

Literally the worst Taco Bell ever. You’d think it’s run by toddlers. Order is always wrong, quesadillas are never fully cooked through or cut. At this point just take the Taco Bell out of Duncan.
