I order from this Taco Bell weekly— the food is always good. If there’s a problem with the order, then they resolve it, they’re always nice, the restaurant is clean, yada yada. Rarely any issues.
Tonight though the food is TOP TIER. My food is all correct and my items are LOADED. It’s all hot, it’s all delicious. Amazing. I often customize my food through the app and all my customizations were followed to a T. Whoever is working tonight I wish your pillow is cool on both sides and you find $100 on the ground. Bless you.

This is probably the fifth time in the last two months where my order has been wrong and I’ve not been given any sauce despite asking for it. I’ll probably just have to start going to a different location that actually gives me what I pay for as indicated on my receipt.

During the most recent instance, I paid for a beef Chalupa as indicated on the drive-through order screen and the receipt but got chicken. I asked for fire sauce and got none. At this rate, this happens more often than not.

I work in the restaurant industry and I understand it’s late but you’ll give out food that looks and tastes bad is just plain insane. Two of the tacos were just tossed halfway together. I had a few stackers too but I don’t know how they look, so I can complain about them. The meat was cold too. Drive thru service was friendly but for you to give someone something like that isn’t really good service overall.
But lesson learned I’m sit right at the window and check each taco before I move . Waste my time and money so I’m do the same.

The black bean crunchwrap supreme had very little black beans on it. When asked about it, the person who made it said she put them on there, but see the photo, and no offer to put more, but that’s customer service these days. Lacking. Also had to ask for my guacamole cup, which I ordered and was not on my tray. And why the double shell taco? I never knew it came that way. A few employees evidently need training in customer relations and how to make menu items with detail. Then, some of the employees want to gather in the lobby to chat about personal and work related issues when there are no customers in the lobby, except me. 6:15 pm. I will not be returning to this location.

The lady at the window was so disrespectful. As a group of people that all work in food industry we try to be super understanding and I even debated leaving a review because I hate to complain but the service we were given was disgusting. The window lady was nasty to us gave us crazy attitude over simple confusion and then once we finally received our food she cussed us out as we drove away…

I don’t know what going on today with the food but I was given my quesadilla all dumped into the bottom of the bag all torn up, then I get my crunch wrap out and it’s falling apart, not even fold correctly. It’s crazy that your serving food like this and the place wasn’t even busy…

This is our last time. Taco Bell, decades ago, was reasonably good food. Now, tacos are a joke – shells are stale and usually soaked at the bottom to the point they disintegrate. Very little meat, little cheese, liitle lettuce.
Burrito shells smell old socks. Disgusting.
I don’t know how this chain stays in business – this is the experience we have had at every Taco Bell in driving distance. Well done Taco Bell – you jave put the JUNK in junk food.

Got to the window and asked what sauce came on the new crunchy cantina taco, lady said “I did not hear what you said” in a rude tone, I repeated the question and she said the avacado salsa. I said great, can I get two and a spicy potato soft taco. Got to the window and they gave me a bag with 3 soft tacos. I said it was wrong, can they remake it. Lady was rude and said I didn’t ask for the crunchy, I asked for the soft. I politely disagreed and asked if they could please remake the two cantina tacos as crunchy. She huffed and puffed, closed the door on me and told the kitchen staff to remake the two tacos. I heard the rest of her tantrum through the window as she continued to talk about how that’s not what I ordered, I’m messing up the whole line, it’s not her fault, I should have just left with what I got, blah blah blah. When they were done, she shoved the bag out the window. I said thank you. She slammed the door in my face and I left. Once I opened the bag, both tacos were horribly made, scant and both were burnt to hell on what one side had cheese on it. The other was smashed to bits. All this bc I asked for crunchy tacos. The potato taco didnt have sauce on it either. Horrible customer service. Will not be coming back to this location.

We were the only ones in the drive thru. So we were in and out quick. Jacob H. @the window remembered us from last visit. Always so helpful and friendly. He laughs at my husband’s Dad jokes. Which makes him so very happy. Food was hot and order correct. My son loves this place, eats there at least once a week. Keep up the great work Jacob you are awesome!

I just went through the drive through and ordered 4 tacos and asked for 4 of each flavor of sauce packets because I like 1 of each flavor on my taco. Now mind you, I can go inside and grab a many as I want because they are out for you to grab yourself. But they proceeded to say they could only give me 2 because I didn’t order that much. I said I would be happy to pay for them as I like 1 each of flavor in each taco and I got 4. At that point is when I seemed to start receiving an attitude and she just said pull around. Now, they did charge me and I did get all of my sauce packets, but when I pulled up I didn’t get a how are you today or anything, just told me my price. I hand her my card she hands it back and hands me my food and doesn’t say have a nice day or anything. I asked for my receipt, she proceeds to look through like 5 different receipts she had laid out on the counter to try and find mine, which should’ve been easy since I was the last transaction, but also, why do you have all of these receipts just sitting on the counter? She handed me mine and I said Thank you and she finally said something back, but again just bland. Customer service is just bad there. But why limit me through the drive through when I can just grab what I want from inside? Doesn’t make sense.
