5 ⭐️. taco bell always hits when i’m craving it. the baja and the beefy 5 layer burritos are literally my go-to every time and they neverrrr disappoint. everything is so good, fast, and exactly what i wanted. definitely one of my favorite quick food spots.

Whoever was working the drive-thru today around 3:30 PM is such an amazing employee! In all my years of going to Taco Bell, I have never had an experience like this one. The service was outstanding, friendly, and genuinely made my day.
After a long 4-hour drive, this stop was exactly what I needed—it truly lifted my mood. I’m extremely happy with the service and will definitely be coming back.

This location is definitely hit or miss. Sometimes, I have absolutely no issues, and then sometimes I have a hard time figuring out how they are still open. I’ve had missing items, food made incorrectly, food made below standards (barely any nacho fries). The ingredients inside of a burrito should be LAYERED, not each ingredient side by side, I don’t want to take a bite of just sauce. I’ve experienced burnt chicken, burnt or just dried out crunchy rice, below standard portions, and more. I really don’t understand why they have such a difficult time keeping sodas in stock when no other restaurant has an issue.

Apparently in order to pick up two mobile orders from the drive through you have to pull through the drive through twice. Any other fast food establishment is able to accommodate this but apparently the staff at this location can’t. Not sure if it’s an intelligence issue or laziness issue. Regardless, outside this idiotic situation I found myself in the food is ALWAYS hit or miss. I live about 5-10 minutes from this location and in order to get accurate and quality food (at the standard Taco Bell level of course) I have to drive 15-20 minutes across town to another location. At this point I don’t even see why this locations exists. If it’s not closed at random hours it’s blatantly screwing up orders. Let alone the lack of customer service.

Food was messed up horribly. Ordered 3 crunchy supreme tacos with hot sauce and a drink, and got 3 soft supreme tacos without sauce and had to go back to get the drink. Didn’t realize the food was wrong until I got home.

I usually do not see a lot of traffic at this location at lunch time. There is a reason. Attendants are bothered to be there, rude to everyone just for the sake of it and the food is awful. The Rice is undercooked, the meat overcooked and dry. I see from other reviews this is a habit. These people do not care and that is not the kind of person you want cooking or handling your food. Do not go here. Period.

You should probably actually sell what you have advertised on the Marquise (your sign) and your employees should probably know what you sell too, just a thought. So when I order the nacho fries advertised on the sign the employee doesn’t respond with “we don’t sell fries, that’s nextdoor”. I literally cancelled my entire $30 order and won’t be back. Id rather spend the extra money at Moe’s. You get one star only because I can’t leave less.

No. Havent been able to go to work. Both myself and one of my buddies are currently laid up. DO NOT GET THE CHEESY STREET CHALUPA WITH CHICKEN.
