The customer service is great… had a bit of a wait today but only because the what I assume was the manager wanted to fry new chicken nuggets rather than give me what was already made and sitting and also for the new empandas desert that was made fresh…. everything was good and she gave us 2 coupons for the wait so A+ in my book!

Service was ok after I waited and waited at the counter to pay cash for my order. Then upon waiting for my food, they were out of one of the main ingredients “rice” for my bowl. The atmosphere was very quiet but the counters and the a few of the tables were sticky upon touch. They appeared clean but very sticky at the table we dined in at.

Sunday January 18th around lunchtime I ordered my daughter and I some loaded beef nachos and HEAR ME OUT WE WILL NOT BE EATING THERE EVER AGAIN!! I deliver food from there also and won’t be accepting any more delivery requests from here as well. We have been up all night throwing up until there’s nothing left and hoping to feel better soon! The guacamole was off, the sauce was definitely bad…..I don’t know what happens on the weekends but y’all need to get it together. Her and I eat here often but after yesterday we will not buy another thing to eat from here again. I would have rather flushed 20.00 down the toilet than go through what we have all night. Do better!!!! Just plain awful. If we could have made it to the ER I most definitely would have been more than positive we had food poisoning Trying to help others in the long run. I travel for a living and TacoBell is my guilty pleasure, but THIS LOCATION made hands down the BEST Crunchwrap supreme I’ve ever had (loaded and looked like something off a tv commercial), as well as the burritos I ordered. Staff was pleasant, it was probably the best TacoBell experience I’ve had in my 33 years around the sun. I wish this place was the model for all other chains, it would justify their price increase!
