Completely disappointed in my order. Could you guys atleast look at what I ordered before making my chicken bowl??? Ask for jalapeños. Received no jalapeños. Ask for NO PURPLE CABBAGE. Got a bunch of that. I hate beans. Gave me a bunch of that too. I try not to look at my order before pulling off so I don’t have to be rude but this is completely unacceptable. Spent $13 on this bowl by the way. Drove 30 minutes to this location by th way. I won’t be back.

Taco Bell food is legendary, the first time and the last time are the same. The food is consistent. Our TB is one of the best as far as atmosphere, modern and enough room for dining in. You have the option to either use their electronic menu or have the employee take your order. The staff is busy at their assignments. Taco Bell, you can’t go wrong.

I literally just ordered DoorDash and I paid $16.99 for me to have nachos cheese beans and beef and then you gave me a bunch of crushed up chips that looks like they come out of the bottom of a crunched up bag. I paid for three things of avocado sauce and I only got one. I’m missing the pico de gallo and all of the extra stuff that I paid for for my nachos. It’s just totally missing so I’m not sure why I paid $20 for this and I will try to add a picture of it. today is Saturday and I actually did not eat my food from last night and I brought it back into Taco Bell right now and I really wish you guys would hire people that enjoy their job. I dealt with the manager today and now I understand why the staff has attitudes. I literally brought my receipt with the food that I didn’t eat that was messed up and they acted like they were upset and they had a attitude with me for bringing my stuff back when clearly I was missing stuff off of it, and my order was completely wrong and then they had the audacity to tell me to go throw away the bag of food off the counter, which is something they should’ve done considering the girl had a trashcan right behind her. I truly never understand why people work in fast food if they’re nasty and rude and really don’t wanna work with people. Taco Bell should do better if you guys are gonna hire people at least hire people that smile and that are nice to their customers because it wasn’t my fault. My food was messed up and I wasn’t gonna throw $20 away. But the fact that the manager was rude along with the employees is absolutely insane to me. A little bit of niceness goes a long way if you don’t like people, I would probably suggest not working with the public because as of right now it really looks like the Taco Bell employees all hate their job and hate working with people.

Would not recommend going at night an hour before they close ordered through mobile wanted a large nacho fry to get a small asked for jalapeño on my supreme and they put almost a whole jar and no sour cream when I paid for extra lady at window just seemed like she didnt care

This is quite possibly the best Taco Bell on the planet. Every time I come in here, the food is great and the staff are top notch. The inside is clean and I often sit after my meal. It is a rare enjoyable gem of a restaurant.

Ordered 2 simple soft shell beef tacos. The person taking the order seemed to have an attitude. Pulled up to the window the person was complaining about the car that proceeded us. Waited another 10 minutes at the window for our food.

We ordered over $50 worth of food, and the entire order was very disappointing. The chalupa bread was stale and almost empty — each one had maybe four small chunks of chicken and a few diced tomatoes. The food was cold when we got it, and the Mexican Pizza barely had any ingredients on it. The chicken quesadilla (which was $6.99) wasn’t even filled properly — the edges were completely empty for about four inches.
To make things worse, when we got home, we realized we were missing two tacos from the order. Overall, it was a poor experience for the amount we spent. Definitely not the quality or service we expected from Taco Bell.

U usually don’t rate most fas foods poorly, because I never really expect too much. However I visited this taco bell and had two burritos and a crunchwrap. The burritos where fine, my issue was with my crunchwrap. As I ate it a got about half way through and I noticed half the tomatoes were rotten. It hurt my stomach just seeing it, I will not be back.

67.00 and a drive from Sumter.. a little disappointed. I ordered the chicken tenders because the nuggets were so delicious. These things I’m sure were left from lunch. So hard I was afraid of breaking my teeth on them. My soft taco looked like it had been dropped a few times…I had to put it in a bowl to eat it. Everything else was good. We did receive fast service and the young lady up front was nice.
