None of the food was made correctly. Left stuff off. Took for ever. The two Hispanic ladies were the issue. Maybe they can’t read English. I felt like the were racist towards me cause im white. They kept looking at me and talking in Spanish. They skipped my friend and mine order 5 times. Worst taco bell ever

As you can see on our receipt, we waited 29 minutes for Taco Bell! We asked about our food after waiting 25 minutes, showing them how long we had been waiting and all they said was “yeah. We’re working on it.” Dinning room was filthy. Poor service all around.

If you want some Taco Bell in this area, be prepared to wait ~30mins. It’s most evident this team needs some training, both for stress management but also to prioritize and hustle. Drive-Thru remained wrapped around the building, and at least a dozen dine-in guests present. A dine-in guest served per 5-mine roughly. I ordered a Cinnabon Delight coffee, and of my total order, that was left out. This coupled with a lack of attentive front-counter staff can easily make for a test of patience.

WENT HERE TO MAKE MYSELF FOOD AT HOME. extremely LONG line and then FORGOT many food items. i had to go back in and get the missing food. no apology no offer to make up for the mistake. THEY MADE MY BEAN BURRITOS WITH RED SCUACE ONLY TRULY ONLY RED SAUCE, no beans no cheese. if i wanted a tortilla with red sauce WHY would i order a BEAN burrito. there was plenty off staff they are just not efficient. people could not leave the parking lot due to the drive thru backing up. very disappointing. AMAZING! i had such a great time eating at this taco bell. food was amazingly immaculate. Gianni helped me out today with my order and had such a great attitude while doing so. i can’t believe how astonishing this location was. it blew my mind!!! the customer service everyone had, especially gianni was amazing!

Waited an hour for my food, & another 15 minutes to get the hell out of the parking lot because of the drive thru line. They prioritized drive thru instead of splitting the lines in the kitchen inside, drive thru. They ignored people until so many were shaking their heads pissed & grumbling only to say we’re working on it. They closed this place to remodel for a few weeks it’s not new it’s definitely not improved, & the other complaints about wait times being an hr + absolutely ridiculous

I want to like this place. The food is good. However they often choose their dining room early resulting in outrageous drive though lines. I work third shift and even when I give myswlf 10 minutes here it isnt enough time. I’ll order ahead in the app and basically have to abandon my order, because I can’t cancel it in the app, and literally pay for food I can’t afford to wait for. I want to like taco bell but this particular one has problems.

The service was very very slow today at the drive-thru. That was after placing an online order. Had to wait at least 10 minutes before to even get to the drive-thru window because no one was moving and then had to wait for the food to be finished when I got up there. So at least 20 minutes all together.

The store manager was very helpful and the store was extremely clean once we got there and the atmosphere was amazing. The store was very busy but we got our food very quickly despite having a somewhat large order.

Although it was recently updated, it’s very difficult to get in and out of the parking lot, the food is good and everything was correct in the bag BUT the people that are at the front counter aren’t presentable and appear impaired thank goodness for the installation of extra kiosks
