Old Fort finally has the chance for something other than burgers/sandwiches for a quick meal ….. We have given this new Taco Bell three chances, and the best thing that we have seen so far (which is the reason for five stars in service) is the person that appears to be the night shift manager Friday or Saturday night (he’s the thin gentleman in the different shirt than the other employees). That guy deserves a raise – what a hard worker!!! He was trying his best to make ALL of the food, plus run the front counter and the drive through…. It is incredibly difficult to make food of any kind when you are the only person on a shift that busts your behind. Thank you night guy for trying so hard.

Idk if it was because this location is new or what kind of magic was happening. We stopped there on a road trip and I ate the best taco bell of my life. Hot fries and burritos and tacos were portioned to perfection. We stopped again on the way home and it was amazing once again. Excellent service and not crowded or busy. Do I need to drive all the way here to Live Mas? Perhaps so.

I was picking up a DoorDash, and we saw the DoorDash bag on the counter, the only thing that was missing was a drink. The guy that was taking orders came over, ignored us, grabbed salt, and went back to the window. A few people came inside, they god service and we were still ignored. It was only when I yelled “yo, can I get my food please?” When the guy FINALLY decided to come and give us the food. Didn’t look at the receipt, WE had to tell him that we were missing a drink. Im not mad about the wait, I’m mad that the food was there for the entire 20 minutes we were. This is affecting MY pay. #NoService. #20MinuteDetour

First time there. I ordered a crunch wrap and it took FOREVER!!! There wasn’t even a tablespoon of meat in it, just fixings and fluff. For $7.00 plus tax???? Never again!!!

I went there to pick up a DoorDash took 10 minutes to get noticed by an employee told him the name for the DoorDash got ignored and then waited for another 15 minutes until a lady told him to tape up a bag that had been sitting on the counter since I walked in the door 25 minutes ago if I could rate this Taco Bell, any lower than a one star I would and I will forever decline any more DoorDash‘s for this Taco Bell because waiting is not the problem it’s the fact that my DoorDash was sitting on the table since I walked in the door and still had to wait 25 minutes for it and he forgot my drink

No ice in the drinks. A chicken wrap with no chicken and a sliver of meat on a taco. I’m talking an extremely thin strip. I was hopeful since it’s new, but really just a terrible experience for 54 dollars.
