First time drive through visit. It took a few times of reiterating the order until it showed up on the screen correctly. The sauces never made it in the bag as asked for. Luckily I checked the bag before driving off or I would have had dry tacosthrough visit

Let’s start by saying I should of walked to Ingle’s grocery next door and ate a cold can of food instead of eating here. My visit started by no working soap dispenser to wash my hands. If I can’t wash my hands how are the employees supposed to wash theirs??? Then we had to ask for a table to be cleaned off because all the tables were dirty. I had to get napkins to dry it off myself, and then the table was still sticky. My chicken nuggets looked like they were 2 days old, my husband got a combo with taco supreme and he couldn’t eat it because he said the meat tasted bad and he NEVER complains about food. When we left he actually vomited in the parking lot. I pray he didn’t get food poisoning. Then the trash container was over flowing with trash. The health department needs to do a surprise visit and shut this place down until they can get they can better management!

WORST taco bell experience ever. We ordered on the Kiosk as many people were waiting at the front counter. All of the tables were sticky, messy and disgusting. Nothing was clean in the lobby. After waiting quite awhile, we decided that we wanted our money back and to leave. This was at least 10/15 mins later(definitely not what FAST food is like). After finally getting someone’s attention behind the counter, this person was incoherent and was walking around doing nothing. I finally spoke louder and said I wanted a refund and we were leaving(20 mins later). The manager then said quietly -in which I heard- that he was not wasting his time dealing with it and it would wait. He was wasting our time and this was ridiculous. Multiple people were up front complaining and waiting very long for missing food and straws and lids. FINALLY, about 25/30 mins later, we get our food!!! Mind you, the people were SO focused on the drive thru, no one was helping anyone in the lobby or wanting us to get our fast food…fast. the manager does NOT know how to manage properly. Saying you won’t get off the line to help the front, is and will ruin that business. Our food we got was cold. There was barely any meat on anything. Very very stingy with everything, and we paid almost $40!!!! My chicken was very hard. We barely ate anything. Worst fast food joint. Worst taco bell ever. If you can’t do fast food or have the staff, then you need to change your business style or do something. You ruined our birthday evening. (Also, why does the lady running the drive thru do nothing else? She stood there most of the time and watched. She could have helped the front people. Like c’mon!!!)

This place is terrible. Waited in line for 36 minutes. There was no one else in the restaurant other than a few cars going through the drive-through. The people working had headphones in and you could not get their attention after they messed up the order the first time. After thinking they had finally finished, got home and half my order was missing. Happens almost every time. I’ve probably lost $200 over the last year or so in food that they forget to stick in the bag.

The worst Taco Bell. Terrible experience. The sweet tea machines were open, and I actually saw someone sneeze into them, which is completely unacceptable and a serious health concern. When this was brought to management’s attention, they were rude and dismissive instead of taking it seriously. Basic food safety and customer service were lacking. Nobody was even behind the counter, Management needs to do much better or be fired.

We went through the drive through and got a $7 box, a Cantina chicken quesadilla, and three chalupas. First they didn’t put our chalupas in the box so I had to go in to get them. Once we got home the quesadilla was torn apart and only one half had stuff in it, the other half was just bare tortilla. Also for all that food they only gave us one single napkin.

I just went and tried to get a box of food and just swap out for meatless options as of vegetarian and they didn’t have any option to swap out so I went ahead with my regular order of a bean burrito with sour cream that cost $.80 to add And there is barely a speck of sour cream on the damn . Upset and disappointed after spending seven dollars for a single tiny burrito and a drink, which is the same cost as a whole box of food in a drink just because I’m a vegetarian You should be ashamed of yourself to charge $.80 and not even put the sour cream in there

The food is good but they’re so stupid you have to order through the kiosk or else your order will be wrong. They take 20 minutes when barely anyone’s in the restaurant, they forgot my sauce too. And they can’t label stuff right either.

We ordered on the app a few minutes before arriving to the location, so when we went inside, we had to wait a while. One of the workers asked us if we had ordered, and I let them know we ordered on the app. Soon after, they brought our order out to us and the food was nice and warm. We ate it inside the restaurant, which was very clean. I got the cheesy roll up and the cheesy fiesta potatoes, which were expected quality. The prices were reasonable and the quality of the food was fair, and the service was impeccable, so I had a great experience!

I saw the new Franks Red Hot Diablo burrito and thought I would give it a try. At $5.89 I expected something much different. What I got was definitely NOT Diablo, not even Franks Red Hot. I basically got a small snack wrap. 1 little chicken tender with some lettuce and onions. TRASH. If I wanted a snack wrap I would go to McD. Don’t waste your money, $1.49 is what it was worth, not $5.89.
