Whoever is making the food needs another detail. I would HIGHLY recommend they clean bathrooms, take out trash, and sweep the parking lot. Keep them FAR AWAY from making people’s food. They have no respect whatsoever. Don’t believe me? Try for yourself. He/ She should be one step away from being fired.
After working all day, you’re next level hungry because you didn’t have time to eat lunch. You decide to slide by Taco Bell. Order your food, ask for a few extra fire sauces, and drive back to the hotel. You settle, sit down, ready to eat, and it’s 90% tortilla. Broken hard shell tortillas. What a ripoff, get it together, Taco Bell!

Ok, y’all better keep these Churros or I’ll never forgive you. I can forgive redesigning your look and making it bland and unoriginal. I can forgive most locations not having the sauce for a PROMOTIONAL item not even a week AFTER it came out. I can forgive you only doing drive thru orders and letting me sit in the dining room for 30 minutes for one single item (crazy work). I can forgive prices being outrageous because the value menu still exists and I take full advantage of that sucker. These Churros are bangin and need to be protected at all costs or you’ll lose me forever.

Staff was very helpful and super friendly. Line moved pretty quickly, though I was there after lunch rush time. Food was good. Getting into the parking lot was a little odd, as you have to pull into the shopping center first but that’s not super clear from up the road.

RUDE EMPLOYEE: My kids picked up mobile order from Taco Bell on Burkemont avenue and drove home. Then they saw they put beef in everything instead of beans. I went back to get right order and the Spanish girl works at drive through was so rude. I showed her our mobile order, gave food with beef back and she was blaming us we tried to get free food. She was arguing and closed window and didn’t even heard what I wanted to say. She should apologize for wrong order and fix it.

Every single employee there is rude, especially the short stocky brown hair girl. No one is ever at the register to help anyone! God forbid you asked about your order or how long it’s going to take, the employees cop an attitude with you and literally fuss you out for asking. I also witnessed a Dasher waiting for a dash for over 20 minutes and when the Dasher asked about the order, the short stocky brown haired girl copped an attitude and stated that dasher’s orders come last and everyone else’s orders come first. Which in my opinion is wrong because the Dasher was there for 20 minutes and the people that walked in after the Dasher or getting served before the Dasher ever got their food. Plus the food here was disgusting. I will never be going back to this location again and I wouldn’t advise you to eat here either.

I decided to go in and make my order because the drive-thru was backed up because the drive through was backed up. I made my order on one of the self-service screens and then it took 30 minutes or so for me to get my order. There wasn’t a 2 or 3 of us in the lobby. They’re hard to have been 7 or 8 people working.
Thankfully the food was absolutely delicious, as usual, which didn’t really make up for the long wait but tried to.
Obviously I will go back to Taco bell, regardless of the wait times, because their food is pretty damn good.

Meh, it’s roulette whether they get the order right. If you order the black bean crunch wrap there’s may 10-12 beans and then a kings ransom in lettuce and diced tomato with sparse cheese. Breakfast was the best part of Taco Bell and they took it away

I ordered a steak burrito Supreme which was really good. People there were friendly. Plenty of spacious parking. I spent $6.39 for lunch today, not bad at all.

It seems every single time I go to this fast food restaurant, I either have missing items, or I receive everything I order but half of the food is either missing ingredients or just simply lack the proper amount of ingredients or a combination of both meaning missing items and ingredients.
Not only does this store seem to have a issue with getting orders right and putting the proper amount of ingredients on the food, EVERY time I get hard tacos, they end up being soggy by the time I get home (which is only 2 miles away) or I get soft tacos that are so wet that they stick to the wrapper, if they don’t stick it’s like eating wet bread and meat
I added 3 pictures from my order that I paid 22 dollars for which included 4 soft tacos, 4 Doritos locas tacos and 2 cheesy rolls.
I couldn’t get pictures of all the tacos but the ones I did you you can clearly see that not only do my soft tacos seem to be missing lettuce and cheese but they have a excessive amount of meat. The one that’s unopened is to show the wrapper and how soaking wet it is. The picture does not capture it well but the taco is also soggy to the touch. My husbands Doritos tacos were supposed to be surpremes, but the only surpreme part of the tacos was the rear end where all the sour cream was. My sons cheesy rolls were cold to touch and none of the cheese was melted.
