I’m a very picky person, who complains a lot, and hard to please. And I only have good things to say about this location. Drive thru moved at a speedy pace, THEY GOT MY ORDER CORRECT, which never happens anywhere in fast food. I have a large family and we only do very large orders. They didn’t skimp on my meal. I got non-supreme because I figured they’d mess it up or not upgrade the tacos but be paying for upgraded tacos… But my tacos were full. I’m very happy with the portions of the fillings. Just great operation all around here and I’m very happy, which is very hard to do!

This taco bell is consistently a good experience. The workers are always working super hard and are very friendly. We ate inside for the first time and it was very clean. I was so impressed to see all the workers constantly being productive and attentive to customers. Lenoir is lucky to have this because most of our fast food is not this well managed and employed.

Order 988558 restraint 026708 was a mobile order. No fire sauce as requested, half of of quesadilla missing cheese, it was not cut, and the man who gave us our food was not friendly. 0/10 service. This was only an order of two quesadillas and fire sauce and it couldn’t not be done correctly or kindly. What a disappointment.

Went and got a cravings box and a steak crunch wrap and there was steak on half that. Then the tacos in the box were so soggy they completely fell apart. So now we’re going elsewhere to spend more money to get actual edible food. Beyond upset. And would really enjoy someone to reach out because this is ridiculous. This store is going downhill so fast. New management or something needs to be done. The standard of food is so sad. Tried to call and got hung up on. They just don’t care about their jobs or customers.

The food here is always really good and delicious. They have the $5 boxes and that is really good to get, because you get a lot of tacos for a good price. They also have a chalupa in one of the boxes and that is one of my favorite things there, so I would recommend getting one of the $5 boxes. They also have a $1 menu and that is a great thing to get also, because the stuff is only $1. The only negative thing about this Taco Bell is the drive-thru, because it is sometimes really slow. There nachos are also really to salty sometimes. But besides that, this is a good place to go to.

for years they’ve always got my brother’s cheesy quesadilla with extra creamy jalapeno sauce wrong by either not putting the extra sauce or making it chicken instead.
Normally they never get my order wrong cuz I always get the 2 chicken chalupas until today. how do you put all the toppings of a chicken chalupa but make it beef and not chicken!?
I never ever want to eat here again I paid for chicken chalupas! Not tomato, lettuce, cheese, and beef.

Ordered a 9 dollar box. They gave me the wrong box. They were out of cilantro AND the new MT dew purple freeze. No mild sauce or napkins. And they made the cheesy bean and rice wrong? They acted like I was being difficult for ordering. No special orders either. You’d think they know how to count AND make tacos….so sad…
