Placed an online order and headed inside to pick it. I was greeted quickly and asked if I placed an order. I was told the Cherry Pepsi was out of stock and asked if I would like something else. Our food came out quickly, everything prepared as ordered. The potatoes tasted as they had been sitting awhile and was a bit too crunchy/dry to enjoy.
Everything with the food was fine, however the dining area was dirty! The crew in the back used foul language like they was home with their friends the entire time. Definitely not language you should use in the workplace.

We were driving through Statesville early in the morning (7am), so we placed an order for breakfast, fully anticipating that the order wouldn’t able to be fulfilled from past Taco Bell experiences.
Not only were they open and met the order, but they also had my Baja Midnight in stock, double checked a facet of the order that could have been an upset, and did it all fairly quickly. None of which was expected and I was pleasantly surprised. Low bar, I know, but I was impressed lol

Ordered double meat, portion did not look like double meat. When I mention it. The employee got an attitude from hell raising his voice. Said he would remake but with his attitude wasn’t sure if he might contaminate food so I ask fir a refund. I did get as it was tossed ar me and was told dont come back. Hospitality definitely not this young man’s strong point. I see why they probably weren’t busy. Turnersburg Hwy Taco Bell total thumbs up, courteous staff. Ordered through take out service. 2 orders of cinnamon stix missing. 2 orders of nachos cheese missing. A mini taco salad, and there were no beans, and no meat in them. They sent a mini taco salad that wasn’t ordered, so had 2.

We come to Statesville to visit our daughter and I’ve been to this Taco Bell before… the first time at the “Restaurant “ we thought maybe they were just having a bad day. Our tacos were completely flat. One was absent of meat. The burritos were cheese. Only there were no beans to be found. They were rolled up like burritos, but had no beans in them. We found ourselves in statesville, a second time… We went to the Taco Bell again ordered the food using the automated ordering system outside. The drive-through attendant smiled and was friendly the same as last time and when we open the bag, the tacos were completely flat almost absent of meat. In fact, the amount of meat in the taco could’ve fit in the cap of a Chapstick. The burritos were rolled up like burritos again, but only had cheese in them. Some had a tablespoon of beans down at one end of the burrito. I no longer think this was an isolated incident. This Taco Bell is horrible. Skip it and go to the McDonald’s.

Went around 9pm, store was empty and there seemed to be no one working up front. The store was a mess, stuff on tables and on the floor. Used the machines to order and pay ($18~), waited for about 5 minutes at the counter before someone even noticed us and asked if we wanted to order. Took another 15 to even receive the food only for them to forget one of the items. The chicken roll ups were hot but that was the only thing that was. We got 2 orders of the bean sides that were inedible, one taco supreme was covered in tomato water and sticky, and one of the enchiritos were made completely wrong. They were out of Mild sauce.
We ended up eating in our car, and for the half hour we were eating, the manager was outside smoking for like half of it.
Only reason for 2 stars, is for the younger guy who was the only one to bother interacting with us, thanks for the free drink!

Normally food is decent, good ole fashioned taco bell. But today I went and picked up my food and got home, someone needs to clean the soda machine or the ice machine, little specks of dirt/grime all in my Pepsi.

If a consumer is paying for a product then the product should ALWAYS meet standard, no matter what hour of open business it is. My visit was on 1/17 around 1:30am. A female voice set the tone saying, “*deep sigh* Taco Bell”. I think I knew at that moment this wasn’t going to be a positive experience, WHICH DOESNT HAPPEN OFTEN. I ordered a chicken quesadilla meal, and was answered with, “second window.” The male at the window was friendly and had great beverage service, although I wish he would have been the one to prepare my food; I’d like to hope the quality would have been different.
What I received was a soggy, split taco shell leaking through the bag.. no napkins to soak it up, okay whatever.. I reach for the quesadilla and laugh out loud. It seemed like it was put together by what was stuck in the cracks on the assembly line. Both end pieces weren’t even used.. as in no chicken, no cheese, squirt of sauce. I heard they’re being rude to drivers that deliver that’s not ok man. I was ordering food online and they took 3 hour wait and I didn’t understand why. Apparently they too busy to take order like I get it but the rudeness is unnecessary come on guys. But I love their food.

Rude lady raises her voice, after me having to ask her what she said… she informed me “she is only accepting mobile orders” .. and this is after sitting for a few minutes before being acknowledged. No cars in parking lot.. ok, that’s fine. Put a sign on the drive through to inform people you aren’t taking the orders, unless they do on an app. Won’t be back here, it’s never been a good experience.
