Awesome Taco Bell location!! They were very polite while taking my order and when I arrived. They greeted me with a lot of respect. Them they took my order. The person taking my order knew everything about the menu and ordering went very smoothly. Next we got our food. It was made in a timely manner and our order was correct!! Every time we come to this Taco Bell our order is correct. That’s why we continue coming back here, because they get our order right the first time. I highly recommend this total to Taco Bell location if you’re in the area and wanting some tacos.

I’m a pretty big Taco Bell fan, I have dietary restrictions and their food weirdly meets those requirements really well. So that being said, I’ve been to a lot of them. I had what I’d like to refer to as a “textbook experience” everything was perfectly prepared. That’s saying a lot because we ordered at 2:30am. I wish this was my local Taco Bell.
A huge thank you to the night crew. You made a really awful night a whole lot better. 10/10 I’d give you more stars if I could.

Staff was very quick and very polite. My burrito came exactly as I ordered it. Bathrooms were older, but clean. They were single person bathrooms. Very easy to get on and off of interstate 40. In fact there is a traffic light directly at the end of the ramp. Dining room was pretty crowed but clean and neat. Would recommend.

We come here quite frequently more than we should. Here recently it’s definitely been not as consistent. Over the past month or so we have had at least one item missing and either having to drive back another 20mins to retrieve that said item or catch it before we leave. I get missing an item here and there because we are human but not every single time. Today when ordering with the AI drive through I got completely finished with my order then it canceled it and had to start all over. This time we did it with someone who was an actual employee. This lady definitely was not happy as you could tell with the attitude over speaker. Moment we pulled up to the window she just had this stone cold face that was not pleasant. I get it you’re busy but we still need to act professional. When someone is telling you thank you say you’re welcome it’s not that hard. Having employees that represent a company is so comical when they act a certain manner.

Went at 8:30!!!! they close the inside at 10 they refused to let us use the bathroom and order food inside. We asked for a reason because they don’t close the inside UNTIL 10pm and they wouldn’t give one. They are rude, food is always cold and old anyways. Everytime I go to this taco bell it is something with them, it’s either always having to get attitude back with the employee s, having to complain about the food because it wasn’t made right, always having to get my money back because they don’t have the common sense to do shit! That blonde headed manager is the worst of them all she needs to get her shit together and learn how to run a fast food restaurant. Do better taco bell

Ordered 3 $5 Nacho Grande boxes and they were very good. Freshly made and almost too hot to handle. I like consistency when eating at fast food restaurants and this location was the example other locations should follow.

It’s saddens me to see the downfall of a good fast food establishment in an uncommon area. I noticed cobwebs from most light fixtures, a quite disheveled drink area (left side looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in at least two weeks) and water leaking from the top of the soda machine down the front. The last three times I have been here this has been the case. There seems to be an obvious dedication to the drive-thru /mobile order/door dash and a lack of care for front end physical customers, I have watched them ignore the front end while customers are present and waiting. Last time I was there I had to unfortunately yell into the back to get a cup I paid for. Lack of front end service is alarming and disappointing. I don’t want to see my local Taco Bell go down the drain. I left a good Google review a year ago and I hate to change it.
Update 5/2/25 9pm, still an insane dedication to drive through and 3rd party apps. 17 mins standing at front for 2 cheesy roll ups. Do not try to eat inside if desiring fast food.

I live 3 minutes from this horrible place and I DO NOT RECOMMEND! In 5 years I have never had a order right they’ve either forgotten an item or made my order wrong. I absolutely hate this Taco Bell They have never made nothing right, They’re always lazy and rude as hell. You would be better off driving to another Taco Bell just not this one!

I was yelled at a threatened my an employee. Worst of all my 7 year old sister was with me and she hasn’t stopped crying since. She told me i was trespassing and i was banned this is the worst service ive ever received. Im going to be honest i talked back to her too bc no one talks to me like that. She needs to focus on her job and not others people. I DONT recommend this place terrible people and attitudes.
