This location prioritizes drive thru orders over mobile orders. 4 people work the drive thru( 1 taking orders and 3 prepping food) while 1 poor soul works mobile orders. Its very easy to observe while you wait for 40 minutes.
The drive thru would have been 35 minutes faster than mobile. Someone who walked in and ordered 15 minutes after we checked in got served before us. So should have just ordered when we got there. Mobile order is not worth the extra wait.
1 star experience but the single guy working mobile orders executed perfectly so plus 1 star for him. Thanks mobile order guy!
During my visit, the employees at this location were unprofessional and discourteous. Customers were not greeted upon entering the lobby. Instead, priority was given exclusively to the drive-through, causing lobby customers to wait for extended periods while one employee remained in the lobby on her break. Additionally, when I inquired about the estimated wait time for my two DoorDash orders, I was informed that drive-through orders take precedence and was told that if I wished to leave, I could do so.
Overall, this experience reflects poor customer service and ineffective management at this location. I will also be leaving an additional review that includes full details and the names of the employees involved.
Today, we ordered a power bowl, 2 bean burritos, 2 tacos, and 2 fiesta potatoes.
The tacos were crushed (which has happened two other times before at this location). They tasted good but had to be eaten in a bowl. They were placed on the bottom of the bag, under the burritos and the potatoes.
The power bowl was put into the bottom portion of the plastic container it usually comes in and shoved into a 5 dollar deal box. They did NOT put the top of the plastic lid on the power bowl and some of the power bowl wound up on the lid.
The rice in the power bowl was crunchy in some spots and the chicken was extra dry. The sauce they gave us had to be used to give it a better flavor.
Speaking of the sauce. We asked for diablo and hot. They gave us a handful of mild. This has happened most every time we have asked for hotsauce at this location.
The bean burritos were inedible. they tasted how moldy smells, for lack of a better explanation. They were disgusting and were thrown out.
The fiesta potatoes were okay.
As of late, it’s hit or miss if you will have a good or bad experience at this taco bell. It’s not worth wasting your time or your money here.
I’m adding photos. Two are crushed tacos from two different visits. The other two are good experience photos from this past weekend of a steak queserito and a taco.
