We went through the drive thru and normally I dont like to complain and never had a problem at this location before but we came thru and I know its getting into the evening but we had a big order and the order taker just seemed more and more irritated the longer our order got. Which I tried to shrug off cause how you treat people like that can make or break their day but when we go to eat and the portioning is low and im eating more torts than food Im just disappointed. I got one of the new mini salads as well I had only got it one other time at another location and had loved it from presentation to eating but here I was very disappointed it was like I was just eating beans with cheese and tomatoes mainly in a very broke shell and looked nothing like it should. All that together from the attitude to my food made it a very unpleasant experience for me and disappointing enough for me to do the review and probably not stop at this location for a long while.

Their food was actually decent the guy at the window was definitely having a hard night I could tell but it’s ok he wasn’t rude to me but I felt so bad for him I know he was cold he . I had to go inside still to request my sour cream AND THATS OK WE ALL MESS UP I loved the fact that the 2 gentleman we’re very polite I wish I had asked their names but this was 2 nights ago in kinston nc around 7 or 8 pm I’d say .I’m still giving 5 stars because of the 2 gentleman the drive through male and the front counter or cook not sure may have been freezing cold but still we’re extremely nice & very willing to fix my food..

Being told to order from a kiosk will always piss me off. The sign does not help either. This is getting old fast. No front end staff hurts to see. I will never understand the disparity between served time of walking in vs a drive thru.

Can someone please explain to me what this is.. I ordered a cheesy Gordita crunch taco and a side of fiesta potato’s. Got back home to eat it and opened up this.. A “taco” with cheese, lettuce, and a few potatoes in it and then a side of fiesta potatoes.. I mean is this a joke? I love Taco Bell but will not ever go to the one here again.

Upon entering, no one spoke to me. I was standing at the counter for several minutes while an employee clocked out for a break I’m assuming. No customers besides myself were in. After another employee approached the counter to take my order and just blankly stared waiting for my order. I smiled and asked her how she was. I ordered a taco supreme and cinnamon twists. After the food bag was tossed on the counter in my general direction any word still was not spoken. The taco supreme was supposed to have lettuce and tomato. It has several shreds of lettuce, and no tomato. Taco was fine, could have been better. Not a big deal. The cinnamon twists, literally had no cinnamon. At all.

My cousins and I traveled near and far to celebrate the home of a grandfather whose life was well lived. With not many options to choose from, we decided on Taco Bell and we were abundantly blessed. Several items were special/custom order and they got every item correct. Everything was hot and fresh as if cooked to order. Use to go here alot. Then the staff keeps changing. Lack of personality now. Pull to the window and no one is there then the come from around the front of the counter 3 of them. Then take the payment and all disappear again. I though everyone could roll a fair good. But until today the answer is nope a burrito is rolled and not folded flat like a crunch wrap. Quality is dropping and no one cars. Both of my burrito were cold and cheese not even melted.
