This was by far the best Taco Bell I’ve been too ever!! Do to that matter is was the best fast food I’ve ever had! The food was fresh! The young lady at the drive though was amazing! The food looked like the pictures and tasted even better! Everyone else should be taking notes! I’ve been to sit down restaurants that don’t perform this well! This place is the Definition of customer service and quality! Well done!!!

Upon entering, no one spoke to me. I was standing at the counter for several minutes while an employee clocked out for a break I’m assuming. No customers besides myself were in. After another employee approached the counter to take my order and just blankly stared waiting for my order. I smiled and asked her how she was. I ordered a taco supreme and cinnamon twists. After the food bag was tossed on the counter in my general direction any word still was not spoken. The taco supreme was supposed to have lettuce and tomato. It has several shreds of lettuce, and no tomato. Taco was fine, could have been better. Not a big deal. The cinnamon twists, literally had no cinnamon. At all.

Use to go here alot. Then the staff keeps changing. Lack of personality now. Pull to the window and no one is there then the come from around the front of the counter 3 of them. Then take the payment and all disappear again. I though everyone could roll a fair good. But until today the answer is nope a burrito is rolled and not folded flat like a crunch wrap. Quality is dropping and no one cars. Both of my burrito were cold and cheese not even melted.

I left a 5 star review only because there aren’t 20 stars. The customer experience provided by this restaurant continues to exceed all expectations on every shift. The management team and service members are exceptional. The ingredients are always fresh, the service is always quick and the orders are always accurate. I LOVE THIS PLACE!
