I haven’t been to Taco Bell in a bit. Today I placed a rather large order online of 3 Taco Party Packs and a #7. I was fully expecting the staff to be overwhelmed but they were the complete opposite! The staff was very friendly and very polite even apologizing for the wait even though I received my order pretty fast for the quantity of tacos ordered. I have anxiety when I need to place large orders like today but the staff working today was amazing and did a wonderful job. Inside the restaurant appeared they may be in the middle of changing signage but the area appeared clean. I will be returning very soon.

Worst taco bell there is, my visit before today was set a pretty low bar but they seemed to have exceeded that. Tried to go inside but dining room was locked, was informed by a customer outside that they were low staffed. I jumped in the drive thru waited 10mins just to get to the speaker box and was immediately informed that they were only doing mobile orders at that time. Not one person was coming out and informing anybody. No sign what so ever about what they were doing and the drive thru was pretty backed up. How are you not taking drive thru order thru the God damn drive thru. Wish I could rate lower

Placed order at self-serve kiosk waited 30min for 1 meal to come out. Waited another 20min for the next meal. They had to check my receipt to verify what I ordered to re make it. Homie on the grill was working but no one else helping.

This place lacks good customer service. They rarely get the orders correct. If you happen to have to call back to complain they rarely answer and when they do answer the manager has the sorriest attitude. They don’t even apologize for getting it wrong. When you go back to exchange for what you actually paid for the manager is still a nasty beast. I wish I knew her name so I may post it.

I get there to get my food that I order on the app they told me they just open up to give them 15 minutes lady came outside to smoke a cigarette and get her McDonald’s food from DoorDash and told me they don’t open till 10:00 when the app said 8:00 I told her I couldn’t cancel my order so they gave me my food and it was cold and soggy and and my soda was just carbonated water and my ice coffee had so much cinnamon in it it burnt my throat waste of money

High so the food when I bought my taco a hard shell taco it was already soggy at the bottom so for that it made my meal not good. They don’t have any workers hardly there they have a sign that says that it took so long time for the drive-thru. The absolute worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been. Always pulling cars up when there is not sufficient space to do so. Have the audacity to have their own personal cell phone out while deal with customers. As I’m typing this 3 customers have passed by with their orders fulfilled. I’ve been waiting for my food for over 15 mins now. I’m watching the kitchen and 1 person is making orders. Then they bring me half my order and ask me what did I order because their screen is confusing. Then the lady that brings the second part of my order apologizes and says,”I’m sorry they slow as hell in here.”

We pulled in at 3PM and were told they were closed. We asked what time they open back up and they said 10 minutes. We let them know that we would wait. A woman stated that we couldn’t wait in the drive thru because something was counting cars. Then a male voice stated “just leave”. Very unprofessional and they definitely need training on customer service! The parking lot and the dining area was full of employees eating. Maybe they should take turns breaking for food. I have never been to a Taco Bell that was Closed!
