My experience at this location just keeps getting worse with each visit. Something is wrong with my order every single time. Most of the employees are rude and look like they hate their life. Tired of paying $3 for a taco with 0.01 ounces of meat on it. Every time I get something with the potato bites they are rock hard and almost break my teeth. I love Taco Bell which is why I keep giving them a chance but not anymore. Thanks.

Taco Bell’s food is still good Taco Bell food. The difference nowadays there’s no personal interaction with customer, it’s all kiosk. They don’t even bring your food to you anymore they just put it on a shelf and call your name. Drive-thru you still get the same experience.

Received 40 packs of taco sauce, mexican pizza sloppy made with half the ingredients and my grilled Steak burrito had 4 small chunks of meat!!!! This place needs workers who take pride in their work and don’t throw away profits!! I have never had these two items be so skimpy and never this much sauce! They could lower prices of food by saving sauce pkgs in the drive thru.

Got some food yesterday at Taco Bell they’re at like they’re scared to put meat and cheese in the taco it was maybe hardly anything in there you pay that kind of money for it and you’re not getting the quality that you should so I’ll send it a plane also to corporate because I mean you pay a lot of money to fast food to have something in there you can eat which don’t make sense why I knew I know they got Put a portions in there but come on man hurting that bad that you can’t put some meat in the taco which is sad. Also she was very rude on the mic when I said can you put some meat in there that’s the last time I was there and did the same thing so maybe I was hoping they would change but I was wrong I need to change some stuff there.

We walked in to the store at the end of an employee and a customer shouting at each other. The employee walked to the back and we stood there for several minutes waiting for someone to take our order. Nobody walked back up to the register and we seen Drive thru orders being filled so we went to our car and went through drive thru. We ordered the taco and burrito cravings pack and was served pretty quickly. These tacos looked so empty. There was about 1 1/2 Tbsp of taco meat on each taco, it was really skimpy, there was more taco shell than meat. The burritos were pathetic. The pictures speak for themselves. It wasn’t even worth the drive to get here.

This place was disgusting!! Not a clean table in the place with 3 employees standing and talking. Good all over the floor. I asked an employee for a wet rag to clean a table. He said ‘I got you’. Handed me a dry towel. I ordered a power bowl and it barely had any food in it. Very disappointed. I would like to know who owns this Taco Bell. These employees would not have a job if the owner found out!!!

It took almost a half hour for us to get our food inside. It was visibly clear that they were short staff during weekend. 2 employees attending the drive thru rush and 1 person making the food. If it wasn’t formy child’s love for the food, we would have canceled our order and demanded for a refund. The staff short handed, did their best given the circumstances and maintained a positive attitude, and that was admirable.
So if you are not in a hurry and have some time to kill during the weekend, then go ahead and order some Taco Bell, but if NOT, then I suggest you go elsewhere. Shame on you Taco Bell.

Went for a late night meal around 11:30 which can be very hit or miss in Southport, anywhere you go. The lady who was working the drive thru and the window was just a delight. Great attitude and made sure the food was ready promptly. I wish I would have gotten her name. It was the night shift on Tuesday September 23rd. Give this lady a raise!

I got the 3 Doritos locos tacos supreme combo and the amount of beef was disappointing, all three looked like this. I am now hungrier than before this visit and $11.20 poorer.

Went after work and got my usual Build a Meal Luxe deal. The staff was awesome, they were joking around with the customers and helping them at the same time. My food was correct in my take out order and was even hot. The restaurant is always clean and pretty much stocked up.
