If you leave a bad review you have the wrong expectations. Waiting inside is usually pretty slow so going threw drive through is best food always good but I got a grilled cheese burrito delivered tonight because its been a long day and i forgot to stop and it was its just really small like breadstick sized so compared to what there $5 burrito supposed to be it wasnt isn’t it. But the food usually always is what taco bell food is supposed to be.

I came around 9pm the drive-thru wasn’t moving so we came inside. A joyful young lady cyan greeted us. We explained we really needed our mobile order. We were in rush and confused why no one was making food. She apologized for the wait was kind enough to give us a coupon for our troubles. After grabbing our drinks we heard her try to explain our situation to the other workers. We could hear from the lobby. Someone yelling too bad they can wait. We ended up waiting almost an hour. We saw drive through orders getting handed out ahead of us.

About six months ago, this Taco Bell was actually good. The food was fresh, hot, and consistent enough to keep me coming back.
Enter 2026: new year, tragically new Taco Bell.
The beans were dry, crusty, and honestly offensive. My order was missing almost everything I paid for, yet somehow a ridiculous amount of time was devoted to assembling a perfectly curated chip bouquet inside my sauce cup. Impressive presentation, shame about the whole “actual food” part.
I understand mistakes happen. This was not a mistake. This was a coordinated failure. The kind of screwup that requires intention, teamwork, and a complete disregard for the concept of not even meeting the bare minimum.
If you’re going to be sloppy, at least put the food in the bag.

Stale food. Everything looks and taste as if had been prepared last week and just warmed up or reheated. Meat and beans and vegetables are all horrible and dry or old. Worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. They always get something wrong as well or it’s always missing something. Workers usually always have an attitude. No one is forcing you to work there be happy about your job or get out and move on.

I know that leaving a review for fast food is a joke because fast food itself is a joke. My husband and I decided to have fast food for the first time in forever because it was 11:55pm coming home from a party and we were hungry and desperate. We got in line to place an order and they said “sorry closed for repairs” as there were four cars in front of us?? The girl was incredibly rude but I suppose what do you expect from a Taco Bell employee? Anyways at least we aren’t eating food that would have made us sick anyways. Okay their drive through is good they get the stuff done, don’t go inside unless your okay with waiting for 10-20 minutes and their Baja blast freeze machine has been broken for the past 2 months. I come to this one in Leland very often and it makes me so upset they arnt fixing it, I asked “can I have a Baja blast freeze” she said “it’s don’t until we fix it” when will they exactly fix it I’m getting upset.

I don’t even know where to start with this one. I have never left a review before, but after this experience I made an account just to let others know. Do Not Go Here. Biggest waste of money and scam. I’d rather pay double and go anywhere else even in this economy than to ever go to this Taco Bell again. They weren’t even understaffed that the worst issue, they had more than plenty of people. It’s just lazy workers who can’t do their job. Not only did it take forever(kinda normal there was other people so this part understandable but still not for the amount of time we waited), but then they gave our order to someone else and when he said it wasn’t his order, a worker took it to another worker and they finally got the right name and didn’t even call it out they barely even whispered it then just placed it on the pick up counter without anyway for anyone to know who’s order it was, because not only were they not calling the names like they are supposed to they also didn’t have the names anywhere on the bag. Then they didn’t give us our drinks and just looked at us confused and asked what we had so I guess this place is only good if you want to scam them because they apparently can’t read the orders or what is on them. Then their drink machine was out of a good 1/3 of the drinks and the popular ones at that. I finally get in my car to eat after that experience just to find the food opened and sideways so the chalupa cheese and lettuce fell out and of course it was somehow on my quesadilla wrapper. The CHICKEN quesadilla was uncut, had black burnt bits on it and maybe a a few little pieces of chicken. The chalupa had no sour cream on it which it had came with, sorry no it did just the tiniest little bit on side of it, and no I don’t mean actually on it they looked like they just smeared a little on the left side of the breading… I say this as a previous Taco Bell worker from a big city where it was actually busy that these are just lazy people and to never go here if you can help it! I wish I read some of these reviews before I went to this horrible place. If I could leave no stars I would in a heartbeat, they don’t even deserve one star.

Great place to get filling food for under $3.00 I recommend their seasoned rice & bean burrito add red sauce and extra rice. You’ll only pay $2.50.
