Today, my mom and I went to Taco Bell to get a Mexican Pizza—her favorite. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish.
The gentleman working the drive-thru window (older, possibly in his 40s, with a black mustache) was very rude. The first pizza my mom received had almost no toppings and wasn’t even cut. We drove back through to have it corrected, but instead of remaking it, he initially said, “I can just cut it.” I explained that it needed to be remade—she paid $6 and drove from Holly Ridge to get this.
When he handed us the second pizza, it looked like it had been hastily thrown together. My mom didn’t want to drive back through again, so we left. Unfortunately, the second pizza didn’t taste right either, and the overall quality was unacceptable. The poor food presentation, combined with the rudeness of the staff member, made the entire experience unpleasant.
I’ve attached photos of both pizzas for your reference. This was a horrible experience, and I hope it can be addressed to prevent it from happening to other customers.
Mexican Pizza are obviously a problem here after taking a look at the reviews and thier photos.

Not a fan of ordering from kiosk at fast food restaurants like Taco Bell. I’m old fashioned I guess? Like the personal interaction myself. I can’t ask a machine questions about the menu. Overall a good experience. Fast service and courteous personnel. The dining area not well kept, floors needed to be swept and tables cleaned after customer use. Thus a 4 star rating.

All I ordered was 2 chicken cantinas. It took them almost 45 min for 2 burritos. Both my burritos was burnt One person on the line for the dinning room and 2 to 3 people on the drive thru. Everyone in the lobby was mad. No one’s food was coming out in timely manner at all except the drive thru. An off duty employee showed up stated and argument with a customer then went outside and was shooting his mouth off talking if he had the power to can the customers order he would. This place is sad. No morality at all in there. Employees off duty or not should be arguing with customers. I feel like they need some sort of organization in this store. Management or something needs to be there at night it’s not the first time I’ve seen this happen before just not this bad.

The only reason I am giving less than 5 stars is because I feel like every time I order a cheesy gordita crunch, I am disappointed in it. There’s legit no crunch to it. Maybe I have only been there when things have been sitting under the heat lamp for too long or something. The crunch is the best part of the cheesy gordita crunch in my opinion. That and baja blast are legit the only reason I ever even eat taco bell so it matters to me

Its a taco bell. If youve seen 1 youve seen them all. So your pretty prepared to when you go inside or order drive thru. So what your wanting is presentation of the food, the employees, etc. At this location, the service is always wonderful. They are sweet, attentive, and accommodating. The food presentation is hit or miss, today id like to say it looks amazing!

I went through the drive thru. I ordered a Mexican pizza. They put my Mexican pizza on the bottom of the bag and piled the rest of my order on top of it. It was mashed to oblivion. I tried to call Taco Bell once I got home and found the mess. I called them about 5 times, no answer. I had to scrape my Mexican pizza off of the box to eat it. I tried calling them back after I ate. I called 3 more times, no answer. I then went to the main Taco Bell website and made a complaint there. It’s been almost 48 hours and no response from that either. That is ridiculous and very poor customer service.
