I’ve had more positive experiences with Taco Bell than negative, but this experience sticks out like a sore thumb. Terrible experience went back two times and they still couldn’t get it right. I could not believe they felt this food was ok to give to someone. I was missing a chunk of my order and the other items were not made correctly. Also the nachos were drenched with oil it was all I could taste. I was told I had to contact the 1800 taco bell number if I wanted a refund. The store manager stopped giving refunds if you do a mobile order which is what I did. Huge inconvenience. Would not recommend this Taco Bell.

A rarely write reviews but just had to say I wish I had the name of the woman working the drive thru on 1/26 around 7pm. She was incredibly kind and even though I had to wait a few minutes she checked everything to make sure my order was correct. It’s rare to have such great service like that in fast food. So kudos to her for going above and beyond. She honestly made my night a little better.

The staff here think its hilarious when they mess your order up 3 times in a row. I never write reviews but this has happened so often that something has to change. Do not drive away until you unwrap every item in your bag to make sure your order is correct (it won’t be). I was as polite as I could be but they still gave me attitude
