I never really eat at Taco Bell, but I keep seeing the commercials for the old school menu items for limited time, so I decided to treat myself. The line went fast, the drive thru employee (Ayana C) was super friendly and had a welcoming smile. The food was actually really good, brought back some memories. Will probably go back while these items are still available.

I’ve had more positive experiences with Taco Bell than negative, but this experience sticks out like a sore thumb. Terrible experience went back two times and they still couldn’t get it right. I could not believe they felt this food was ok to give to someone. I was missing a chunk of my order and the other items were not made correctly. Also the nachos were drenched with oil it was all I could taste. I was told I had to contact the 1800 taco bell number if I wanted a refund. The store manager stopped giving refunds if you do a mobile order which is what I did. Huge inconvenience. Would not recommend this Taco Bell.

The rudest employees I’ve ever come in contact with. They obviously hate their job and take it out on the customer. The store has no concept of customer service or how to deal with the public. The owners of this franchise and their corporate office should be ashamed of themselves hiring people like this

I ordered two supreme tacos and a Dorito taco shell on my cheesy Gordita crunch, which I thoroughly explained when the cashier asked me what I meant. I was rung up for the supreme tacos and Gordita correctly and all the food was made incorrectly. I received two plain tacos and a plain Gordita crunch. As a former Taco Bell employee, it’s not hard to complete this order correctly smh.

NEVER EVER GO TO THIS TACO BELL ON 17TH I understand fast food sucks but I do not understand how they could possibly get every item I ordered wrong, I ordered a potato bowl with no sour cream they put sour cream, I ordered the new dulce leche delights I got the regular cinnamon ones, I ordered a large baja blast freeze I got a small dragonfruit freeze, lastly they alone got the grilled cheese burrito if they hasn’t forgot the sour cream, oh they also did not give us any sauce we asked for multiple times on top of all of this we also waited for 30 minutes in the drive thru for nothing to be right. the taco bell on carolina beach road is way better they never mess up my order definitely recommend that one over this one that messes up EVERYTHING EVERYTIME ITS A WASTE OF TIME & MONEY

Tastes like they haven’t changed the oil out recently because the chips had the taste of rancid oil. Couldn’t finish them. And the cantina burrito wasn’t as big as the one I had in Leland this week. Otherwise, I’ll probably choose the one in Leland again so I don’t get disappointed again.
