Smallest portions ever! I just got home and this is what I got for a Cantina Chicken Bowl with extra beans. This is ridiculous! My child’s taco had about this much in it. I have never been this disappointed by a fast food chain in my life! Will not be back.

I know this is just a taco bell, but wow, what a mess. Bathrooms were gross, the front end employee was sitting at a table eating when we walked in, and she left her quesadilla trash at the table when she got up. We used the kiosk to order, because that employee immediately stood when we walked in and walked into the back. Nobody came up front for a few minutes.
Dining room was a mess, with food on and under the tables. Soda fountain was a mess, and there were no utensils on the bar. Had to ask twice for our drink cups. Almost all the tables were sticky.
I’ve worked fast food before and it would only take someone 15-20 minutes to straighten up the dining room. We were the only customers when we walked in and there were no cars in the drive thru.
My wife had a Mexican pizza and it was inedible. The entire thing has a burnt oil/plastic smell and flavor. Almost made her sick after the first bite.

Consistently crusty beans. I usually order a backup quesadilla in case the beans are dry and crusty (which, at this location, they always are, idk why I still hold out hope.) and I get some chips. All 3 were beyond disappointing. I got about 5 chips. Cheese wasn’t melted. Beans were again…crusty. I got at various times, so it’s not like this is some kind of “late night” or “early afternoon” phenomenon.

Tried the street chalupas from another taco bell in town and loved them. They were so good I wanted to get them again and let my husband try them this time! Well very disappointed as you can see in the picture there was hardly any sauce or chicken and toppings. The ones I had previously were actually filled appropriately. Both my husbands and mine looked like this! Also the shells tasted like old grease! Disappointed specially with the cost of these things. This isn’t the first issue with this taco bell!

The food is so inconsistent. I keep coming here chasing tht high of the one time I got a really good quesadilla but it’s so often bad. There’ll barely be any filling or it won’t be cooked enough or they give you two sauce packets for three meals. I think they probably have an inexperienced manager or something bc why else would it be like this? The workers at least tend to be nice when you talk to them but that’s all I can say that’s positive for this location

They were out if Baja Blast, okay that’s fine. I ordered two black bean chalupas. I get home and open them, and there are essentially no beans on the things. I hand picked them off, 12 total. On top of that the chalupa shell felt almost refrigerated it was so cold. I never expect high quality from Taco Bell, but it has been consistently bad as of late.
