Terrible service! After waiting over 39 minutes for a “fast” food order I notice I received the wrong item so I turn around to hopefully get my steak quesorito that was supposed to be made fresco fixed but after opening it, this is what I noticed was in my bag….

In no world do I pay a $1+ more for a large fry and get an equivalent amount to the smaller option, except Taco Bell. Restaurant was dirty, I walked around and picked up the debris because no one else had. Especially disappointed in the fact I paid extra for the same amount of fries, do better.

The person at the speaker was quite polite, however, when I pulled up to the window I had a young female shoot me many strange looks and silently shove my order into my hands. Not a great experience, and I strongly recommend taking your business to another location where they have personable workers at the window who aren’t shoving your food into your hands. This occurred on 01/14/26 around 11:30PM with a young African-American female at the window, if this location takes complaints seriously. Definitely not visiting this location again!

Order 166 on 1/17/2026. 2 cravings packs. The taco shells had a chemical taste. After a Google search, realized the shells were rancid. The after taste ruined the meal for all. Cashier Sierra M. was very nice, but the food was horrible. This used to be the best Taco Bell in town. Sad to see the quality has suffered so badly. $30 wasted.

Showed up at 3:18am they said they’re only taking mobile orders which is fine so me and my bf were in the parking lot placed the order and waited already paid for through the DoorDash app. They couldn’t find our ticket then said someone already picked it up which was not the case or food hadn’t been made. When I got my order the tacos were not what i ordered they gave me Doritos loco when I wanted regular.

I can here and when I ordered my food on the app I placed two orders at around the same time. The first order got finished but we never got the second order the second order was most likely taken by someone else they said and when I asked to get the order remade or a refund they said that they couldn’t do that for me. I paid for an order and never got anything from my order which is beyond unacceptable. I understand they were busy and I should have at least got a refund instead of we can’t do anything for you.
