Ordered the Dorrito Taco meal, substitute chicken and this is what I received. There were 4 pieces of chicken, maybe, on each of my tacos, no tomato, no sour cream and well, you can see the rest. Chalupa wasn’t fried either Was! AM I the only one who expects that ? Or has something changed?! Overall the food was garb! I Was given no receipt in order to do the survey either! Buyer beware!! This was on Ramsey St. Btw.

I am consistently unimpressed with this location! I order on the app, as soon as my order is submitted, I say “I’m here now” to start making the order, when actually I’m still 15 minutes away. And not ONCE has my order ever been ready. When I arrived today for the next 10 minutes not one single employee acknowledged anyone at the counter. One man waited about 5 minutes for his order after I walked in (who knows how long his total wait was), one woman walked out, and two elderly women needed help at the order kiosk. I believe the staff thought you eat an enchirito with your hands, there weren’t any plastic wear in the bag, no napkins, the four fire sauce as indicated on the order were missing, and I had to ask for my drink cup. Then the employee quarried, “what size”? Shouldn’t you know what size drink? There were no forks at the condiment station and the dining room was filthy. All this after being open just three hours. IMO this location needs a management overhaul, the employees try but lack of leadership is harming this franchisee. For the record the enchirito was fantastic.

For all who knows me know I love TACOS. Taco Bell is one of my go to spots when I’m on a budget and they always have something new on the menu. I tried the new Cantina Chicken Quesadillas, and babieeee when I tell you I was good. Y’all must try it. It comes with sour cream, guacamole and avocado salsa. Not only was the food good so was the customer service. Thank you to the wonderful people working the window and also the ones who prepared the food. My order was accurate and hot, they were very friendly and helpful. 5 stars well deserved.

The man that now runs the drive thru at night is rude as hell. You get very basic and rude interaction. Can’t even be bothered to reply when you say thank you. Apparently they “didn’t have enough food to make my order because they were closing”. Always had the worst attitude and poor customer service skills. Mind you, closing is apparently 20 minutes before close, and he can’t be bothered to even look at you while he snatches your card out of that machine and shoves your receipt towards you. Will not be back until you get better staff.

Best drinks ever. Every place makes their soda differently, via the mixture of syrup and carbonated water. Here, its the perfect combination, making a deliciously crisp and refreshing soda! The pepsi here is my favorite, no other restaurant does it for me. Went to dunn the other day, their taco bell soda wasn’t nearly as good! service pretty slow if u go inside to order tho

Quite honestly the only reason I left 5 stars was for the guy in the window! Robbie? Robby? Or however you wanna spell it. Glasses and curly hair? Screaming at employees in front of customers in the window?? I’ve work fast food before this isn’t a proper representation of your brand. The man in the window is always very kind when I come through. Someone definitely needs to teach her better management skills.
