I wanted to go to Waffle House next door but if you’ve been reading my content for a while now, you shouldn’t be surprised that that wound up not being possible. This Taco Bell was open until 4 AM on the night I was there and they actually meant it! This is yet another reason why Taco Bell is my favorite!
The dining room was closed but the door was still open so I was able to go inside, use the toilet, and wash my hands, something I’ll bet the Waffle House wouldn’t have let me do since I saw people standing outside using their window
The lady who rang me up even gave me coupons to make up for the fact that I couldn’t eat inside! It was hardly an inconvenience, but I appreciate the gesture of free food!

Probably the better store it off all the ones I’ve been to around town the hardshell tacos don’t get mushy with 2 minutes of getting it. Their quesadillas aren’t burnt well. I should say most of the time they’re not burnt every now and then they get a little over cooked butt. Definitely one of the better stores out of all the other ones through to town

Absolutely no meat in the chicken quesadilla for $6!!!! Literally was just bread and cheese. Would not recommend this Taco Bell.

If I could give this place a zero star I could, the quesadillas came cold AND burnt, like how is that even possible?? Service was HORRIBLE, it took almost 40 minutes for JUST 5 meals. It’s like they don’t care about dine in customers?? Our family ordered and 20 minutes later, we asked if it was almost done.. THEY DIDDNT EVEN MAKE IT YET??!!?! And this has happened at the location by carowinds too. Horrible service and I’m never coming to ANY location again!.

1 star just to see if this gets noticed: It is 2:20am on Saturday, January 4, 2026 and the Taco Bell at Raeford rd by Gillis Hill is closed despite internet hours and hours posted on the door saying they close at 4am. Someone might want to change things if the hours are actually different.

Employees do not greet anyone entering, walk past you multiple times and say nothing while you stand at counter. This place has never had good service ever. Lobby not clean. Drink machine area dirty. It’s only 8pm. Customer service must not be part of the training for the franchise/ company.

Soooo it’s 12:30 at night and they’re “no longer taking orders through store. Only mobile orders and dashers have long waits”. I wasn’t aware they could just no longer take orders. It’s not even busy..
Update to ten minutes after I’m still standing here and three employees came up from outside to finally work and then after also waiting this whole time they tell me they’re out of the items I ordered.
