Absolutely stellar service tonight at this Taco Bell—and it’s 2 AM! Two employees were running around, keeping everything smooth and making sure every order was handled quickly and perfectly, even in the middle of the night. A young gentleman (I didn’t catch his name) personally gave us our order with a huge smile and a warm “have an awesome night”—such kindness really made our visit memorable. The whole staff clearly cares about their customers and goes above and beyond, no matter the hour. I hope this team has the most amazing New Year because they truly deserve it! Hands-down one of the best Taco Bell experiences I’ve ever had.would give 6 stars if possible.

Overall, the food was good. When I walked in, I did not get greeted but that’s beside the point instead I got a funny unprovoked comment by one of the workers (I did not say anything to them), but they said “why is high school students here” like it was a problem for me to be there. Mind you I am not a high school student. I am a grown woman and work just as hard as them. I come to this taco Bell frequently and never had any issues, but if my service is not wanted, I will not go there any longer.
Food was good and I will say there were some nice workers but I just found it rude to look at me and say that out loud not knowing me at all.

This Taco Bell location is hands down my favorite in Fayetteville. The staff is always friendly, my order is consistently correct, and the whole team truly feels like a family. Everyone is smiling, working well together, and creating such a great atmosphere. The vibes here are always on point. They definitely deserve a raise.

Went to this TB at 3pm on 8 May 25. The men’s toilet was over flowing and the floor was sticky, management didn’t seem concerned. The pinto and cheese i ordered, the pinto beans were burnt. I ordered taco supremes with add white onions. Hardly any onions. The taco supreme had only a dab of sour cream. When it should be the length of the taco. I asked for more and they wanted to charge me for it. (I used to work at a TB) Very bad experience at this TB. I will not be returning to this one.

Tonight I had one of the best fast-food experiences I’ve ever had. The young woman at the window truly felt like an angel and funny enough, her name was actually Angel!
What stood out the most was how genuine she was. She didn’t just hand me my order; she thanked me for stopping by in such a heartfelt way that it felt more like I was at a cozy mom and pop spot than a late-night taco run. That little moment of kindness completely made my night.
I introduced myself and mentioned I help run “What’s Happening Fayetteville” and asked if she’d mind me giving her a shoutout. She lit up and said she’d be happy if I did.
Then another team member, Demetrius (hopefully I’m spelling that right), came out. He was just as friendly and funny, adding even more good energy to the visit.
Working fast food isn’t easy the pace is tough and most interactions are rushed so it’s rare to come across service that feels this personal. But Angel and Demetrius delivered it effortlessly. They honestly deserve recognition (and a raise) for the way they brighten people’s nights.
