$100 lunch order for all the boys at my job. Ordered at 12:55. Received the order at 1:25. I sat inside and watched them work that entire 30 mins. They were clearly understaffed for the lunch rush. They also forgot 2 Large Nacho Fries.. so I’m just out $9-$10? You call and they never answer the phone.. because they’re understaffed. Nobody has time to answer the phone. I know this, because I’ve been in that position. I have a hard time wanting to blame the employees that don’t make enough money to really live. Why should they care? We continuously have problems ordering from this Taco Bell. If you go here, don’t do a group order. Usually if it’s just one or two of us and we can go through the drive-thru it’s fine. The food we did get was satisfactory.

I didn’t receive my meal yet. But why is the staff blocking the floor from customers receiving condiments. They are on the phone and one smells like weed very potent. I said excuse me like 3 times to get by. Nobody in here. Their customer service has dropped to rock bottom. I use to come here on a regular basis for years but I moved 2 years ago and I was on this side of town thought if try here for a meal. But wow how it has changed so much here. Service is next to zero. They didn’t even welcome me here when I entered. I used the kiosk. Wow. I definitely won’t be back to this location and I will spread the word as well. I don’t want my food smelling like weed. And also it is very cold in this establishment. I ordered for dine in mind you. The picture says it all.

Taco Bell is one of my favorite fast food places because I am PLANT BASED. This location used to be the best but now they just SKIMP YOU on food. I know BEANS are cheaper than meat so why are you not putting an appropriate amount in my tacos and burritos?! Being plant based doesn’t mean I’m not hungry! It means I don’t eat meat!!

Just left this store getting a DoorDash order. Out of three employees (exception of the cook), not one asked me at all how they could help me. After being patient and standing there five or six minutes I, finally said something to them. Chances are I would have been standing there additional time had I not said anything. And I was the only person in line and the drive thru had one person who had gotten their order and left.
Please pay better attention to detail and customer service just out of respect for others and also their time

horrible. $62 for it to be wrong. my quesadilla is FLAT nothing inside of it. and it’s burnt on the outside. my dad is missing one of his burritos. there’s two burritos with steak in it? we ordered nothing with steak. this is horrible! DONT GO HERE. GRRR

The staff at this location is rude, unprofessional and down right scrappy employees! Someone needs to come and address how they speak with customers and how they pack food.
They threw 5 French fries in my bag without a carton. I took the bag back in and the little dude at the front tried to argue with me on how it was packed. The manager told him to not worry about it and she would take care of it. She is an older lady and the kids have absolutely no respect for her. The girl at the window and the young guy went a ran in the fridge when she needed assistance.

I tried the loaded taco, although I initially was confused why I needed a tortilla to cover a taco shell. But when you eat on the run, often in your car it makes it neater to eat. Normally when you bite into the hard shell, pieces and food start to drop out. But the tortilla kept everything intact.
I got my usually fiesta potatoes on the side. (Not sure why the price of this small side has doubled and can cost as much as $3 at some restaurants) and the $1 happy hour of Pepsi.
Gave 4 stars because got my order wrong. Gave me a burrito instead of fiesta potatoes and had to wait for them to be prepared.

Done with this taco bell, they have a consistent staffing problem and always have the drive thru and lobby closed except mobile orders. Even though i placed a mobile order before arriving it took 30 minutes just for a burrito and drink. This has happened multiple times.

At 12:30 am, I pull up to the drive thru to order food after a long shift, a lady comes over the speaker to tell me that they are only doing door dash and mobile orders. Before I could even finish my question to her she rudely interrupts me saying that there’s only 2 employees in the store and they are not doing any drive thru orders until another person comes into work. I’ve worked fast food before and pulled an entire shift with just myself and a grill cook. There was nobody in front front or behind me. If this keeps happening, I will stop eating at taco bell period.
