I was originally going to give a 1 star review but yesterday night changed my mind .So I went 2 days ago and received the worst chicken nachos ever. No chicken on then . I even asked for extra extra chicken as I like some meaty cheesy nachos and got the worst nachos that just made me never Wana go back to Taco Bell.. but I decided I don’t see how they could have gave me something so horrible so I decided to go give them one more try before removing tacobell of my list of places il eat , I been really craving nachos I have been sick for months and would just like some good food in case I don’t pull through. but anyways I went yesterday night and told the guy there about my recent experience and he apologized for something he didn’t do and I asked for some extra extra beef nachos I told him il pay whatever the difference is but please don’t give me them sad nachos I received the day before, he said he was sorry and would make my nachos with lots of love. And he did. Idk what the guys name was but I thank him for giving me a enjoyable tacobell experience and restoring my desire to come back .

Decided to try try the Y2K menu through here with low expectations, and I certainly received. I sat in the drive through quite a while knowing if I ordered through the app it wouldn’t matter at this location, you are in for a 15-20 min wait on the weekend, time irrelevant after 8pm. Through no more interaction but the speaker to place the order and downhill from there. Sadly this is par for the course from this location since it opened and this will fall on deaf ears and stakeholders, luckily Albemarle rd down the road somehow seems to have figured it out. Albeit they are further away, I will drive further for a better product!! Pictures show almost the same thing I got, ha…….

Had an amazing experience today at Taco Bell Mint Hill. Was having a hard day popped by for two tacos and left with a blessing from the manager Demar, left with a bag full and some drinks to share with my family. The unexpected surprise was a blessing to our family. One of those experiences that just makes your tear up and feel seen. Thankful for their kindness today.

The food at Taco Bell was average, but unfortunately the service was very disappointing. The employee at the drive-thru window appeared rude and unfriendly, with no greeting or positive interaction. I understand that working in fast food can be stressful, but the attitude came across as aggressive. Items were handed over roughly, and when a straw fell on the ground, it was not replaced even though the employee saw it happen.
Customer service and basic courtesy can make a big difference in the overall experience, and unfortunately that was lacking during this visit.

My husband and son went inside to order since the drive-thru was insanely long, and I’m so glad they did. The two people working tonight (11/22) were absolute ROCKSTARS! They were friendly, fast, and clearly working their tails off. Our order was 100% correct and absolutely delicious.

Sad I had to take down my 5 star review. This place has been great since it opened but I guess all good things come to and end. I ordered a chicken quesadilla, I pull it out of the bag, the tortilla is crunchy/stale and there is no chicken in the two outer slices. Totally disrespectful, smh.

Perfectly normal Taco Bell food. Be aware the mobile order pickup line, as the genius that installed the signs faced them sideways so as you approach them you don’t actually have a chance to read them until it’s too late. Chick-fil-A at least has that simple premise figured out.

23 minutes in the drive thru with 4 cars in front of us. Barely anything put on any of the ordered food. Crunchwrap was almost entirely lettuce. Soft taco had barely enough meat to fill a soda cap. Cantina bowl barely halfway filled. Drive to another tacobell if you actually want to eat something.

Waited 20 minutes in the drive through! When asked about our order no apology or acknowledgment of our wait time. They forgot a drink on our order that we had to remind them of as well. Very bad service. Maybe related maybe not but I’m not sure how someone in fast food can efficiently and cleanly work with 2 inch long nails.
