Average pretty decent Taco Bell. The staff members were friendly and efficient when we stopped in on our way home on Xmas Eve. We ordered the newish chicken strips. They were pretty good. We would order them again. Restaurant was clean enough, so this was a good place for us to stop.

Can someone explain to me why if I live not even five minutes from the place is my food cold and chips are soggy. I’m going to take a guess maybe they didnt even the chip to toppings ratio or maybe the order was already made and my food was just sitting there. Staff was rude, i ordered food for 4. Not one thing was edible.
My daughter has allergic reactions to certain foods.
Isn’t the first time the got my order wrong but it will be the last.

My husband and I walked into the restaurant; it was empty. Two employees stood in the center, staring at their phones, and a third stood outside, also talking on his phone. We approached the menu to make a choice, but none of the employees looked up from their phones or came to serve us. So we left the restaurant without eating! That’s terrible service, if you can call that!

Stopped here to grab a quick bite to eat towards the end of an 8 hour drive. When we arrived the workers were all outside smoking (not a huge issue, everyone deserves a break when it’s slow) and put their cigs out on the side of the building. Our food was made quickly, but the employee seemed to get an attitude when I asked for our cups for the drinks. There was hardly anything in the burritos we ordered and the wrapper was rolled up into my sons cheese roll up, so all the melted cheese stayed on the wrapper when we removed it. Before leaving my son waited on the bathroom to open so he could use it, and one of the male employees came out leaving the bathroom reeking of weed. Pretty poor experience overall

The cook who messed up my order had a nasty attitude with my wife in person for getting my order wrong and being asked to make it again. So she put the old tacos back in the bag with a little cup of half of what was missing and lied saying she remade them. When I called and asked her about it she said she made them right and then I said why is there extra stuff and she couldn’t answer. She got a very nasty attitude with me and insulted me because she couldn’t do her simple minimum wage job right. This Taco Bell sucks and it’s embarrassing that a grown woman would suck this much at a job and complain when she messes up something and has to do her job.

This is one of the worst fast food places I’ve been to the service is always trash. The staffs tone always feel like you’re being an inconvenience at the drive thru. Then instead of giving you your food at the window they always make you drive to the front and wait there for the food. I’m finally writing this review because the staff was exceptionally short and they forgot too many parts of the order and one item was so cold it was like it was sitting on the counter ten mins before it was handed to me. Even for a fast food joint it just baffles me how little they seem to care about the job.

On a trip, I went in to grab a quick snack and get back on the trip. Several people were waiting on services and no employee came to the counter for 10 minutes. I and others left dissatisfied. I advise to never stop at that place. I mean Taco Bell is what it is but darn.
