WARNING: I would not recommend anyone to dine in or place a mobile order for this Taco Bell unless you have a minimum of 30min to spare and don’t have a preference on if your food is edible!
It took 40min to get our food, and that was only after tracking down an employee 20min in who offered to start on our order. Dining room orders and pickups are being completely ignored. Both customers after us had to wait a minimum of 20min and ask to have their food made, one woman waited 25min next to us for a mobile order that had already alerted her was ready for pickup when she arrived.
The employees do not come to the front, and will completely avoid you. So it’s hard to get ahold of someone to even ask about your order. The dining room and building was newer, but still covered with food and trash on the floors, tables, and counters. However, all the trash cans were overflowing, so there’s no where else for it to go anyways. I have no idea how they have 100% cleanliness score, because the store does not reflect that.
Your best bet is to go down the street or only order in drive thru until management does something about this location. I could’ve had a nice sit down dinner at a cantina… I wish I could’ve just canceled the order, refund my money, and left.

Inside was dirty. 4 people working and only one other couple in the dining area. Ordered the Mexican pizza and it was awful. Tasted like cleaning fluid. Not worth the wait to exchange and had to throw away. Very disappointing experience in this location!

Had 2 workers running the entire restaurant. I had NO idea I’m not from Shelby and had ordered on the app and paid. I sat in the drive through for over 25 minutes waiting to get to the speaker. The doors to the inside was locked. I wish I would have known this locations poorly ran business before using the app to make the order. I kind of felt sorry for the workers but at this point they needed to just close.

Went thru the drive thru, only one car in front none behind us. Ordered Cantina chicken quesadilla, 2 orders of the steak dipped, and one bean and cheese burrito with no onions. Only received 1 order of the dippers, both cups of the cheese sauce, the dippers was cold, and the quesadilla wasn’t sliced. How is this possible? Ridiculous

RIDICULOUSLY AWFUL. Waited at least 20 minutes in drive-thru, 10 of that sitting at the window. There were only 2 cars already at the window when we pulled up to order. Around 10:30, on a Monday night. They don’t close til 2AM. They claimed to have no sweet tea.
Watched one girl LITERALLY just stand there, with her arms inside hoodie like she was cold, the whole time we waited. Witnessed 4 girls, “working” in there. There were 3 other girls making the food, I’m guessing. 1 handed bag of food to someone inside. 1 clocked out, when we were handed our food, which were missing 3 orders of chips, so waited even longer for those.
The tacos weren’t made correctly. Food wasn’t even hot.
And the one at the window never smiled once, or even apologized for the wait and inconvenience.
Needless to say it was yet ANOTHER frustrating experience at Taco Bell.
Both locations aren’t anything to boast about. Might as well just shut them both down.

I’ve never experienced anything like this. Ever. My first mistake was going inside to eat. If I had any sense I would’ve left right after walking in. My family and I waited 30 minutes for our food. Meanwhile DoorDash drivers were blatantly ignored for 15 minutes at a time, customers were coming inside from the drive thru with incorrect food (also ignored until they finally gave up and left). The girl that was taking drive thru orders came out and tried to help customers. In walks the shift manager (I guess?) and tells her to get back to her job. Where has she been this whole time? Outside dealing with a difficult employee or some kind of drama. I don’t know, I don’t care. Our food was cold and thrown together like nothing I’ve ever seen. I put my “chicken cantina tacos” (pictured) in the trash because I honestly didn’t trust the food enough to eat it. My sister’s Mexican pizza looked like it had been thrown against a wall. Another reviewer said you’d be better off eating an opossum out of the road. I think they may be right.

Should of looked at the reviews before ordering here. Not a great experience and very surprised they are still in business after years of bad customer service and reviews on Google. Ordered food for lunch and the lady at the window was very grumpy and unpleasant. Screaming at other employees/ customers while at the window. Never going back.

I don’t know who is in there today at 12pm on 10/2/25 but yall need a RAISE!!! This was the best Taco Bell meal I’ve had in years. Everything was so delicious! Scrumptious!!!!! Customer service was awesome! Made my day a little better ❤️

Ordered ahead on the app and waited what seemed like a very long time for a drive through. The food was clearly made by someone who did not care about what they were serving people.
