Best staff I have ever experienced at a Taco Bell! Customer service is super, accurate 98% of the time. It’s fast food and at high volume of course they will make mistakes, but always fixed very timely and with a great attitude. Couldn’t ask for a better service experience here.. even the workers greet me by name! love these employees.

My go-to Taco Bell order is the cantina chicken quesadilla. I ordered it at this location, got home to eat my order and noticed that it wasn’t cut. I opened my quesadilla to find hardly any cheese or chicken. They also did not include the avocado salsa packet. I am very disappointed with how my order came out today

Ordered supreme taco party pack. AI got it wrong and gave me regular tacos saying they were already made. No problem, whatever. However, they left out the cini twists which was the ONE request our 3 year old had for his birthday. Very disappointed, and short some $. Not coming back

The food here isn’t bad. The staff could use some training and maybe some changing. I have been underwhelmed by the staff members. From both the day shift and night shift, but it seems like the night shift is actually a little bit more professional.

The service was good but seeing the taco instantly made me want to leave a review so that management could correct this. The food was slapped together and they were not even busy. Maybe me and two other customers while I was here. Whoever is putting the food together obviously doesn’t care

Why do they insist on breaking every one of my tacos I ever get there????? Is it a competition??? So pissed it’s like this every time I go!!! Guess soft tacos from now on. At least they can’t break my shit. The Mexican pizza tastes horrible. Like 5month old shells. Don’t try.

The nacho chips had a bad taste and smell to them and we were unable to eat them.
Whatever shell they made the Mexican pizza with was also old tasting.
Didn’t take back since I wasn’t going to drive there again.
Threw the items in the trash.
Management may want to check the expiration date on those items.
The smell and taste gave it away that they were not good.
Total of my order was right at $50. Very disappointed.

Whoever does their ordering is missing some brain cells. Every time we come here they’re out of something. I pay for large drinks and they give me mediums because they’re always out of large cups, so I make them give me 2 smalls as well. They won’t even say anything, just give me the wrong stuff. I’ve been going out of my way because this is the only location that does breakfast anymore. Why they picked the most incompetent location, I have no idea. I ordered 2 bfast crunchwraps, one with a side of hash brown . They decided since they were out of hashbrowns to just not say anything. Not only did I not get my side but there wasn’t any inside the crunchwraps. They will also replace ingredients in the food without even telling you which should be illegal because what if someone is allergic. Today they put nacho cheese inside my Crunchwrap. So no hashbrown and nacho cheese? It wasn’t even remotely the same. It was virtually empty. Why serve it at all? Management doesn’t care, hell the guy that always serves me is high. Save your money and go elsewhere. It’s not worth it.
