This taco bell used to be good but the new workers can’t seem to make anything correctly and are pretty rude. Everytime I come my food is made wrong and it is incredibly evident they didn’t want to make my order in the first place. It is absolutely ridiculous at this point. I’ve had no other issues like this with any other locations. It’s truly not hard to read an order and make it correctly. I’ve included pictures of my cheesy Gordita crunch taco where it is just very clear the workers didn’t want to make it. This is ridiculous, get a different job if you don’t want to make food.

Have to love a run to the border from time to time. This Taco Bell is usually clean and the service provided by the staff is good. The food is consistently good.

Nice staff at least at windows but I always get the franks red hot chicken fries, the last few times I’ve been they’ve had ground beef and another time steak on them.. how do you continuously confuse chicken and beef? Then the cook bringing them to the window is always rude with an attitude like they’re mad you want the correct food you just paid almost $20 for lmao I’d suggest going during morning shift hours they will actually make it right

Super disappointed. Up until now I’ve had a decent experience with Taco Bell in Richfield. Tonight, my husband ran to Taco Bell for me because I’m pregnant and had not had anything to eat in a while. Got my crunch wrap supreme with extra sour cream here, took a few bites and felt something stringy in my mouth, I pulled it out and pulled it out of the Crunchwrap as well hoping it was cheese or something but no…..it was a really long brown, coily piece of hair. Doubt I go back, once something like this happens it ruins my experience as a whole.

So they post this little sign “which isn’t legal btw” won’t be spending another dollar there. If the law abiding citizens can’t carry firearms in there who is going to protect them when someone tries to rob the place or shoots it up. It’s inviting someone to rob them. No thanks. I actually have never got anything from them before. We always would do fresh. My son had been in the hospital and wanted me to get him some take out. Everything was great. I had been recovering from chemo, radiation and surgery. I got myself a bean burrito and was able to eat half of it. My cancer was esophageal cancer. They removed part of my stomach too. So kepping food saw blessings and it was actually good!!

Did my order through the app. Didn’t get my order right. Didnt put onions on my tacos as i put on my order although i was unchanged. Forgot all 4 orders of my nacho fries. 2 Female employees were to busy laughing at another employee as he was trying to rush to get my fries. Will probably never come back to this location. Place looks like it is ran by a bunch of teenagers.
But on a high note the restaurant was surprisingly clean

I went to this Taco Bell and one of the employees was really rude to me and my mom. We ordered most of our food to have no sour cream but they put sour cream on it anyways. I feel bad for one lady who was trying to help out but the rude employee was making it difficult for her to understand what to do. The rude employee asked is we wanted no ice in two of our drinks (I said no ice in all of our drinks and I was totally okay repeating what I said on the intercom that I wanted no ice in my drinks) and when I told them I wanted no ice they sighed in an aggressive manner and didn’t say anything. They gave us our drinks with no ice but it took three people asking us what we needed in order to get them. I handed them the money they didn’t even look at me to give me my change. There was another nice lady who handled the situation well and got our order wrapped up. When this place used to be a KFC/Taco Bell, this was the same rude employee asked me “do you ever get tired of coming here?” in a rude way. I never leave bad reviews or reviews in general but this was the worst experience I’ve had here. I refuse to come back to the Taco Bell in Richfield, NC.

Didn’t receive my chips and cheese nor did we receive any packets of sauce for our food. Cashier at drive thru needs to turn up the volume on the headset so people can hear hear without struggling to hear what she says
