I decided to go inside to order because there was a long line for the drive through. It was completely empty inside so I placed my order and it was out very quickly. I was surprised how fast the food was prepared because the line outside was long. I had the cantina chicken bowl with no sour cream. To get a mouth-watering flavor, mix it all together in the bowl.

Jasmin needs to be taken off the drive thru, I ordered 2 beefy double burritos.. a med mug root beer with light ice. What she heard was 2 beef tacos with no lettuce, a large Baja blast and a side of spicy ranch. Told her at the drive thru speaker (twice) its a med root beer and we didn’t need any spicy ranch, “pull around please” get to the window and guess what she tried to hand me.. A LARGE BAJA BLAST so after I told her for the 3rd time what my drink was, give her my card.. was still charged for the large Baja and a side of spicy ranch ♀️ I pulled off and just took that loss cause holy smokes! I know its fast food and we shouldn’t hold to high of expectations, but there has to be a limit!!

I come here often as they are almost always surprisingly fast and efficient. Tonight was no exception. I had placed a mobile order around 7:15pm and when I arrived at the drive thru it was 7-8 cars deep, almost into the road. But it took less than 3 minutes to get to the speaker where I was greeted by a very friendly lady.
It was barely 4 more minutes to get my food. And i had a rather large order, about $30. I think one minute per car average is great for a Fast Food restaurant.
My order has always been accurate at this location and the food always hot and prepared properly. Is it the greatest food in the world? No, it’s Taco Bell. But this is a very good Taco Bell.

Waited over 30 minutes for our food. Only ordered 3 nacho fries and a crunch wrap supreme. Very unhappy. Need more employees, mobile orders took priority over actual customers standing waiting for food. Absolutely ridiculous. Will not be eating at locust Taco Bell again.

I would give a 0 if I could. This was the worst experience I have ever had anywhere. I waited over 40 minutes for the food I ordered through the app 15 minutes before arriving. I had to ask for help after waiting for 5 minutes and being ignored. Then when I gave the girl my name to check my mobile order in she said it would just be a few minutes till it’s ready. I waited 10 more minutes still nothing. A guy then approached me asking for my mobile order name. I gave it to him and he said ok just a few more minutes. Another 10+ min goes by and still nothing. She came back over and said Did someone have a mobile order. I said yes me and she asked for my name again and said ok let me check you in now. At this point, I’m starting to get frustrated as I should have been checked in over 25 minutes ago. She apologized and said we will get right on it. Only 2orders in front of it. Still waiting and yet again nothing after I watch about 5+ more orders go out so I get another guy and ask him to please get my order for me this is ridiculous at this point. So he gets the manager and comes to find out they still never started my order yet again for the 4th time. He goes and makes it himself after 40min I finally get to leave. I get home and the chicken bowl is the nastiest we have ever had. It is literally not edible. The piece of chicken in there was blackish in color and so dried out and as hard as a rock. It looked like it had set out for a month. I will never return to this location unless something is done to make this right. My son loves Taco Bell and we go by regularly which I hate to take that from him but I can’t go through that again. Oh and even better I had $300 worth of groceries melting and going bad in my car because of them. I never would have stayed and dealt with that if I didn’t already pay online and need dinner for my kids. At this point, they need to be honoring free tacos or something for a year.

This store sucks. They accepted our order on DoorDash and then cancelled it over an hour later. Absolute shit. Our dasher said they ran out of food 25 minutes before our order as even placed but were still accepting orders. And DoorDash sucks too!!!!

Service is great, unfortunately the same can’t be said for the food. I keep going back hoping it’ll be good but it never gets fixed. One time I went and the grilled burrito was burnt to a crisp (see picture). Another time I went, I got a quesadilla and it was barely even on the presser and the cheese was still cold. The nacho fries were cold as well. When they get you fresh food, it’s great! But unfortunately, the last few times have been bad and will be taking a long break from returning.

Ordered a Cool Ranch Supreme taco thru the app. Ended up with a plain taco. Not even plain supreme. So I paid $2 more for something I didn’t get. Tried calling but no one answered the phone.
