The Crunch Wrap was soggy and undercooked. The side of potatoes was burnt. I tempted to eat 2 small potatoes, but it put me off. It smelt bad I couldn’t tell what was in it, but it smelled off—almost like mold. The Cheesy Bean Rice Burrito wasn’t fully assembled , and everything tasted awful. NASTY!
Also, you’re advertising 7-layer on the cup but unfortunately, you do not have it on the menu. -FALSE Advertising!

I placed my order and began my 35 minute wait for 1 soft taco and 2 hard tacos. Got my soggy stale hard tacos and grilled soft taco didn’t know they grilled soft tacos. Anyway looking forward to my discussion with the manager tomorrow. Don’t eat at the kings mountain nc location. They suck. Think health department needs a call.

Im not mad or anything. But I wont eat here again. I find it funny that they made my nachos so wrong. They put the toppings first. Then the sour cream and beans and meat last. It looked like they read the ingredients backwards lol then I asked for no ice in my drink. Didn’t even give me the right drink I ordered lol But they took the extra step and put ice in. Then there was hair in my burrito and didnt get hot sauce or a straw and no napkins. Because I went threw the drive threw. Its honestly funny how they got everything I ordered wrong. But I didn’t even bother wasting the gas to drive back to get it fixed. But im never ordering at that location again. Luckily McDonald’s was open.

No line at the drive thru. Staff was polite, friendly and very responsive. Entire property was very clean and welcoming. Traffic on the main road was light so access was easy. Plenty of parking. Had a very nice covered outdoor eating area, all in all, quite nice.

Ughhhh you guys need some work. Came in everything was fine. Till my order sat on the counter for a few minutes. I watched it. Walk all the way back to my hotell to find no fro yo. No stake in my stake in my taco. And everything is cold. The only thing that is warm is the cheese sauce that was put in the microwave not happy. I was ok with no gelato. But no stake on my grilled cheese stake barito. Time is 8:37. Get you staff checked please. Like I get you wanna go home but I would 13 hour shifts and can’t just slack on me Job. Keep working hard guys

So I ordered 2 classic stickers with steak instead of ground beef and black beans why would they make 2 regular ones i don’t eat yall ground beef if my car wasn’t in need of repair I promise I’d be up there yelling at yall because I drove up there after a delivery also I’m not getting my money back for the items im not eating im very upset I’ll be there to discuss this in person in a few days just waiting on these parts yall gonna be my first stop

This place in the daytime is good no problem and the cashier girl at night is very nice every time I go there after 11:00 p.m. it’s pretty bad the other day I asked for nachos Bella grande and the chips were stale and they completely forgot to put the beef in. This was at the drive-thru I did not go back with it I figured what’s the point they can’t possibly care to hand me something that disgusting I won’t Go back at least not at night anymore.
